I came here not really expecting too much, just looking for some good BBQ/grill items to satisfy a craving i had. I decided to get the Triple Play dish that contained 4 breaded/fried shrimp, 2 chicken tenders, and a half rack of ribs, with fries. The only good part of the meal were the ribs. The BBQ sauce used for the ribs was the classic sweet and mild flavor that i expected, and the meat was cooked well (nothing special). The shrimp and chicken were overcooked and had no taste by themselves. Not to mention that the 2 chicken tenders were basically bite sized pieces of chicken, closer to a chicken nugget than tender. I couldnt even eat much of the fries since they were loaded with salt, which is too bad because they seemed to be cooked nice crispy. Even though i didnt expect much coming here, i felt like i paid for worse quality food than i could have made using just the oven at home. With so many good places to eat at the mall, i would avoid here unless youre taking advantage of the salad bar or happy hour.

I have eaten at this Ruby Tuesdays many times and I must confess that I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always incredibly nice and accommodating, and the food -- while not the 5-star restaurant that many (based on their reviews) seemed to expect when going to a chain restaurant -- is tastier than an Applebees or other such places. That being said, I have no complaints about the food: the burgers are cooked well for a chain restaurant, their fries are divine (if not slightly on the salty side, but who does not like that in a fry?), their salad bar is a wonderful addition to the restaurant, and I have never had an undercooked meal, no matter what I ordered. Their cheese biscuits -- which come free if you ask for them! -- are to die for. The ambiance and environment of the restaurant are also particularly comfortable, and I must again emphasize the fondness I have for the staff. If youre going to the mall, I heavily recommend this restaurant.

I love ruby tuesdays food. all of it is so great and yummy!! except this time i went in freehold raceway mall, freehold nj. the waitress i had was very sassy and had a bad attitude towards the people she was serving (us). when we asked for a burger for all 3 people she made a dirty look and then we saw her telling her server friends about us and they were all looking at us and staring. very awkward experience if u ask me.

not big on giving reviews (especially good ones), but the veggie burger with swiss & sauteed onions (minus jalpeanos) was outstandingly tasty! better than beef ! (and I am NOT a vegetarian). Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised.

$10 for a salad bar thats partially empty and completely messy. Forgets or ignores requests for chairs for our table. Takes forever to get the food ordered. Sadly this is not the first time we experienced such conditions.

I generally go to Tuesdays for the salad bar. It rarely disappoints. The rest of the food is pretty typical sit-down chain restaurant. The burgers tend to be pretty good.
