Slowest service Ive ever had. Asked for a refill on my water and the waitress never brought it, standing behind the counter on her phone instead. There was a hair in my food that definitely did not belong to anyone at my table. The waitress checked on us three times in five minutes before we ordered and then not at all until we flagged her down for the check. Awful overpriced food, except the crepes, those were delicious. Overall a bad French imitation. Avoid it unless you like crepes with hair.

Food is good but the process and staff are not professionally managed. People jump from one task to another. 99% of the time youll get the opposite of what you request. Ask for crispy hot baguette they bring a day old cold brioche. Ask for a little Ice in the ice tea and you get mostly ice with hardly any tea. Im willing to bet the owner is out to lunch. 6 months and this place will be losing

Its a tight fit with so many tables in such a small place, but a great option for brunch on the weekends. Theres usually no wait, or if there is it will be about 15 minutes. The menu is french fare; quiche, salads, omelets, croquets. Not huge portions but incredibly satisfying. A wide variety of freshly baked pastries are also available. Coffee is fantastic.

Bad service. A stuck-up manager with no curtesy at all. Drove 35 min to go there, arrived 30 min before they closed and he said sorry we closed the register cash only with an a$$ hole look on his face. This guy never shows curtesy Thats the third time I get attitude from him. Good product bad customer service...never showing up there again.....

Patisserie florentine blessed the city of Englewood with their fresh and delicious pastries straight from the kitchen. the staff is unbelievably caring and so is the owner. Its best to dine at this restaurant now before there a line out of the door in the upcoming years !

Looks nice but the chocolate almond croissants they are known for were soggy and overly sweet. Quite pricey as well and the service was rude when I was the only one there in the morning. I still have to make the trek to Ceci Cela in NYC for the best croissants outside of Paris. Bummer.

I myself am quite a big fan of this quaint French restaurant. The food is fresh and flavorful. The croissants have a pleasing texture. Their breakfast combinations healthy and inventive, a quality uncommon in most restaurants of this price range. I recommend the Croissant Oeufs Fromage

This is not our first time here! Every time we come back hopping the service will improve! Unfortunately the same...very slow and unorganized staff! This time I found a long hair in my plate of food and all I got is sorry not even an attempt to rectify the situation!

Great place for brunch or coffee and pastries. This place is a little small and does get crowded but the food is good. I like their crepes, french toast, eggs benedict, almond croissant, and my mom loves their tuna sandwich.

the best croissants this side of Paris. Great salads, omelets and everything else. Service staff is very friendly. Worth the trip but be prepared to wait during peak noon hours. Best brunch for miles.
