The one star is for all their work to make the company a success. The four missing stars are for the management who had no problem collecting the money the workers made for this company. Tom Cat Bakery has the most delicious brioche hot dog and hamburger buns. It elevates your barbecue food and an added benefit is that is made with no chemicals or preservatives of any kind. The breads are baked daily and it is the best bread in New York.

Their bread is sold in Cafassos Fairway and I love it, especially Michel boule. Its crust is not burned like in most other bakeries and is actually edible, even tasty.
