Ive been eager to give this location a shot since I used to go to the one in Penn Station every so often. Here they have any burrito for $6 on Mondays which is a great deal. Unfortunately service is rushed along as if they run of an ingredient theyll pretend they didnt hear you and just move your foil along the pass. In my case it was mushrooms - the burrito very much needed it as they are trained to give you as little meat as possible and over stuff it with rice and beans. As I attempt to ask for this and that, the last assembler kept trying to wrap my burrito up as quickly as possible. As for the quality, it was definitely lacking. The pulled pork was more like liquefied pork reheated many times over during the weekend (which might explain $6 Mondays). Sure Im full - with all that rice and beans, how can you not. Sadly the best thing was the chips (mostly crumbs at the bottom of the bag) and salsa.

Got breakfast from here this morning, the people running the food knew what they were doing. However, who ever was doing the drinks was not all there. I ordered two iced coffees, and there was an issue with both, either had too much coffee syrup or no cream whatsoever despite how I ordered it. The food was fine, but the person running the window seemed to be new to customer service. We wound up getting another drink instead of the really screwed up one, although we didnt drink it because of the demeanor of the person at the window. Ive been to the one in Union city, NJ and have had a series of mishaps at that one as well. Between incompetent managers ( old confused Spanish guy, stupid weird old white guy), the gaggles of teenagers that have no idea what customer service is, and waiting forever to get food made at the drive thru, I really wonder about Sonics management and their hiring process.

I get home I discover 2 things were missing of my order now I live in great kills I call them up and they tell me 2 options she can write my name down and come in another date and get the stuff or come back now and get it ...so if I drive back i got a 40 minute round trip and my dinner that I was hungry for is cold ....I dont think thats right I didnt expect them to drive it to me but I think they could have been a little bit more fair this happened 8/30 between 8-9 pm

Drive-thru service was quick, though reloading my sonic card wasnt swift. They did accept it as payment however which was good. Boneless wings are not steaming hot nor do they seem succulently tender despite having ordered them a few times on Monday after 5pm BOGO. Look out- the island fire wings are HOTTT! Try the Lemonade real fruit slushie with real strawberries- route 44 size of course: half price happy hour- 2-4pm every day!

I love sonic ice cream. Theres one opening near my area but we really dont have one in the Nyc, so the coincidence that I was~5min away from this place after work was enough for me to go. The wait was no more than 7 minutes and the order came in less than 5. (Lava cake, strawberry shake and a coffee) all of them were amazing. And they didnt warm the coffee to a ridiculously high temp that would burn the mouth of the driver.

Great place! The service was awesome, and the food was pretty decent with affordable prices. I would come back but, the only issue is that the location is meant as a drive-in and not a walk-in. Walking to the drive-in itself was nearly impossible. I hope that Sonic decides to push their chain to the other boroughs in the city where those locations could be made compatible to both walking and driving in.

The person who took my order sounded like she did not know what to do. She put my information in the right way who ever made the food did not follow the order. My soda did not have a shot of blue raspberry in it. My sons burger had pickles in it and my onion rings were cold like if they were sitting there for hours. I will go to NJ if I really want sonic but not the Staten Island.

The staff is amazing there. The store is always extremely clean and the staff is friendly, professional and accurate. The sense of urgency is there, the car hops are extremely quick and accurate and the store overall is amazing. The managers are so helpful. Overall I always have a great experience every time I go there and I highly recommend going there.

Its like your average fast food place, but with a little twist! Once you order, and theres table service. It gives the place a diner sort of vibe. The place was clean (especially the bathroom) I was surprised that there was only one person at the front taking orders, but she was speedy and didnt forget a thing. Try their desserts!!

The Sonic location is just right by the Outerbridge Crossing. You basically drive up to the menu board and order your food and the servers would come on skates and bring your food to your car while you sit and eat. There is an indoor dining area if you dont care to eat in your car.

Im an frequent sonic go-er. My pal réal got a gritty tomato on his cheesburger. All he wanted was a good ass middle slice, but nope. In addition it took over 40 minutes to get my food. I couldve got fine dining in that time. Next time im going to chick fil a.

Everything just as I ordered great taste no issues. Food in hand in less than five minutes despite the drive thru being about 70% full & inside @ about 60% . Girl came out of the kitchen read my order back to me with a smile & wished me a good night .

Me and my wife both had pubic hair in our ice cream. Freaking disgusting! The photo is on Facebook and I hope everyone realizes that the employees at this location get a kick out of putting pubic hairs into their customers food.

Theres no beating this massive menu. You wont be disappointed by this 50s inspired throwback. It might be a chain, but that isnt always a bad thing. The service is quick and courteous and the food is great#

They messed up my milkshake once because it took close to 25 minutes to come out because they were swamped with orders they said but I complained and the woman came out and made me another one. :)

Food is good, and staff is nice. Only problem is, after eating here, I always feel very sick after. The amount of grease in Sonic food is abhorrent; although tasty, it will kill you afterwards.

Oreo Cheesecake Mastershake was not mixed masterfully and I could taste the artificial cheesecake flavor on the bottom of the cup. Only thing good was the cherry on top.
