I would say this place is below average compared to other White Castle places. My food was fresh and hot although the order accuracy wasnt there. Anything out of the norm seems to slip thru the cracks, If you ask for garlic cheese instead of regular most of the time you will get the regular. If you go inside to order, most of the time you will see three or four cars get their order before you. Never seemed to make sense to me why it always takes longer. One peeve I have is when I thanked the young girl who handed me my food she didnt say youre welcome. She didnt even look at me, I felt like I was an annoyance. But Im there for the food anyway. Bottom line is, if the crave hits, its OK. Just double check your food before you leave.

Has to be the worst White Castle to order at!!! Its a Friday night and only 3 people working!!! & they are working like they dont want to be here...... I understand its White Castle not a 5 star restaurant, but take care of your customers.... plus they just dont care.... dont bother coming here took me 45 mins to get a #1, 4 burgers fries and a soda.... ridiculous just keep driving straight and go to the Burger King!

Understaffed & rude. Orders takes too long. Still have promotional posters on the wall advertising limited time items. Ordered one item from the promotional only to be told that its no longer being offered. They need to remove the promotional posters if items are no longer being sold.

Clean but so slow. Went twice during lunchtime. This is fast food not made to order. They took 20 mins. to make 4 hamburgers -fries and a soda. I sat to eat and each order was made to order. People in the lobby were complaining of these slow folks.

Always has issues at drive thru mostly off hours. Take your money then wait forever for food. Last visit I left after 7 minutes at window with 1 woman printing out register tapes over n over almost like I want there. Skip it.
