Came thru the drive-thru, requested a simple order( #9 - 9 PC nuggets with fries and small lemonade juice) when I came to the cashiers window she confirmed my order and told me the price. I gave her $10 dollar bill, after a lil while she return with my change and the drink then she told me pull up a bit to wait for the chicken nuggets and fries. I was confused as I was in a drive thru, so I asked her if I should go park and wait she told me no just pull up a bit. I moved up a lil bit. After a long wait 15+ mins, it seemed like they told another person to pull up and wait. This person went to the side and park and then went inside. I got a lil irritated because the meal was for my daughter and a lot going through my head , like what are they putting in my order. So I went and park, then bring the drink and change then requested my $10 dollar back. The person who spoke to me telling me to calm down. That go me so angry, so because I come to request my money back Im not calm. I just tell her I am calm I just want money back. There was about 6 police officers eating inside too. They gave me back my money and that was it. They need to do something about their drive-thru.

Explain how I place an order in the drive through to get to the window to pay and they say they are our of Mac&Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Biscuits, and Corn on the Cob?? I waited 10mins to pay for my food, food they dont have instead of saying something when I ordered it. Then the Supervisor Ashley, (because no manager is available) tells me its going to take 45 mins for the sides to thaw out and get made because they dont have enough people working to keep up with the demand of customers they have. Meanwhile, I am listening to them continue to take orders in the drive through for sides they dont have. They then wait till the car gets to the window to ask if they want something else instead. Ohhh and lets not forget to mention, I ordered pies that they were "out" of as well; yet when I park and go inside there are pies sitting in the window. Do you think the Supervisor Ashely apologized??? Nope, her words were what do you want me to do??

If i could give zero stars i would. This has to be the worse Popeyes Ive ever visited. Leave it to Jersey to have the worse Popeyes. The employees are rude and they are more concerned about the drive through orders than the customers who are actually in the store ready to order. They basically make you wait while they focus on the drive through orders. You would think that they would have more than one cashier handling orders in the store but they dont so obviously a simple order takes ages for them to fulfill. The cashier has an attitude when you ask her the cost of anything despite the cost not being on the board. The franchisee of this Popeyes is clearly not doing his job and doesnt care about profit to have such rude employees. I mean i know that its located in the "hood" but it still needs to do better. I will NOT be giving them any more of my money. Ill gladly shop from my regular Popeyes in Queens.

WORST experience ever !.. DO NOT to this Popeyes if your really hungry . Everytime I go to this Popeyes they get my order worng or they put little food in the box. I ordered popcorn shrimp and they only gave me 5 pieces of popcorn shrimp.. I checked my box before I left the store , if I didnt how am I going to be Satisfied With that? I usually dont say anything when it comes to bad service but that really ticked me off. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience !

The worst Popeyes I have been to. Unfortunate because its closest to where I live but thats what happens when you live in the ghetto. Food quality is inconsistent and customer service is bad most of the time. The employees dont seem to care and ratchetness lurks in every corner. Again I know part of it is due to the area but I believe if management was more diligent in hiring decent people, this would be less of an issue.

Horrible svc and Im not a person to exaggerate.. Employees take there sweet time to svc customers..on two occasions I received filthy hot sauce paks..I said I would never return ..but bcuz I have no car and the food is really good (thanks to the guys in the back) I did return...but the young ladies up front are too horrible..so Im done..if anyone gives more than 1star they crazy or from outta town and got lucky.

There are other Popeyes in better location and with better sevice . My second visit is worse than the first. Employees on the registers seem to take their time filling orders. Some items I got were not the ones I ordered. Some ice were melting on top of the counter and none of the employees care to clean it up. Workers act like theyre only there because they need money.

I just left there and,i got the surf and turf box the girl gave me a sauce that was already open the shrimp was cold nothing was hot even the fries were cold and they move very slow. To much talking and playing
