I live nearby and come across this place many times during my daily commute. I decided to try it and took my family here for mothers day. No need to further say that i completely regretted it once the food came. As far as taste goes, i have no complaints, it was good old fashioned american cuisine. The issue was the ridiculously small portion sizes. You get such an absurd small amount of food for what you are paying for. The steak platter one of my family members ordered came with a steak the size of an infants fist. The amount of fries looked like someone had hand picked and counted every individual one before placing it on the place. $17.99 for an 8oz steak and a quarter of a handful of fries. I can get a steak more than twice as large for around the same price at the Outback literally next door. The worst was when we decided to order a "family sized" meal they were advertising. I even asked the young waitress if it was enough for 2-3 people, she guaranteed me it was. Maybe it was for a family of anorexics, $35.99 for a rack of ribs with a small handful of pulled pork and 4 tiny pieces of bread. I asked for two sides of fries with the dish, it came in a tiny basket with what looked like not even an individual side of fries, let alone one for a family sized meal. How is this supposed to be considered a family sized feast like its advertised? To top it all, it took an insanely amount of time for us to get our food even considering how the place was nowhere near full. Just a small order of wings took around half an hour and a simple ice cream dessert over 20 minutes. Speaking of the wings, they are completely overrated, definitely not worth the wait, pizza hut wings are just as good in my opinion. This place is awful, there are so many better options its just nonsensical to go here. The Outback next door, and even the Applebees just a short drive away are miles better in every aspect. It seems as if they spent their entire budget on their stupid decor and had no more left over for what really matters, the food. Do they think that people spend their money here to watch 10 different tvs and hanging motorcycles rather than get a good decent meal? There are even tvs in the floor for Christs sake. My advise is DO NOT GO HERE if you want to eat well and feel satisfied. I spent well over what was intended because of all the extra food we had to order just to feel slightly full. None of us are huge eaters with giant appetites so this review speaks for the majority of people, i cant even imagine a remotely large person eating here. Avoid this place at all costs, will never recommend or go back, stay away, awful, it should have stayed a childrens clothing store instead.

Couple issues I would like to address as I think its detrimental to my review. All the times I have went I have the biggest issue with the greeter/hostess. Just absolutely nasty. I mean horrid. Like shes going out of her way to seat me. I will say the one time I went the manager was absolutely helpful as the waitress messed up the order. The second time ive been here I had a waiter "Nick" and he was very smiley. Like too much. Then he brings the meal out and says he forgot to put the appetizer in. Keep in mind he ASKED me if I wanted it before the meal came out which I replied with a yes. Ok their burgers here ARE ABSOLUTELY amazing. And that is not joking around. However the whiskey bourbonish burger when ordered as single is like the ballerina of burgers. Very dainty and tiny. I mean it took up half of the bun and as centered ever so awkward between the buns. The first burger I got here I cant seem to find anymore, I think it was the Mustang burger with cheddar cheese....oh jesus. Absolutely nailed it on the head with the flavor and delicious combinations of everything on it. Their coleslaw is good as well. Honestly ive been here quite a few times and cant ever say their food was bad. Messed up orders: check, lost waiters/waitresses: check. I usually order strawberry daiquiris when I go out to eat because I like to live on the edge a little. Theirs isnt the best, but its pretty good. For instance I think the best one I ever had honestly was at Red Lobster. I had to take a star away for the bad experiences I had with some of their hosts, and then another one because I feel the portions could be a bit bigger, I feel like I got 4 fries.

Ive ordered salads and soups, here - waiting as patiently as anyone can, to holler a word in edgewise, with elusive waitstaff - and they usually brashly drop the dish before me with no utensils. I am very loud, when I need to be - and I am frightfully expressive, under exigent circumstances - and I most bombasticly holler: "HEY!" But to no avail: they hurry off, unanswerable. I get no spoon for soup, nor fork for salad. Its hard enough to get a beer, whether youve had one or not, here. What really gets me is the disproportionate service: you might get a waitstaff who fawns over a strangers ethnicity, while you wait for basic service - or you might get a Sap, who worships a waitstaff on the fleeting moment that they deign to appear with stated order request. Either way, this is a place that needs something more than zero-tipping, before theyll learn the basic tenets of customer service. If youre an ass-kissing, stand-at-the-bar-sweating-20-sonething-jackass, willing-to-tip-the-bi@£¡-anyway-yes-man, dont ask me for my opinion, because I might take you for a walk to straighten your young dumb ass out right proper.

went to have dinner with my wife on Sunday 2-28-16 between the hrs. 5pm-7pm.when our order came to us i noticed that my order was wrong .the server apologized took it back .the manager came to our table,his is (Luis)he showed concern with my dinner.i told Luis that im allergic to tomatoes and thats why i ordered the sandwich plain.ten minutes later Luis came back with my dinner again he apologized for the inconvenience.he then said that my dinner was on the house.i wasnt expecting that because it was something easy to resolve.your manager (Luis) is the type of manager many other restaurants managers can learn from.my wife and i were so pleased with professionalism that not only will we be back,but all my friends will know about your establishment and the way your manager (Luis) cares for your patrons.thank you Luis for a very well done. jorge and stephanie.see you soon.

First tried their wings through the Wingo pick up" Waste of time to order by phone then pick up due to the 2 cars ahead of me placing orders. Wings were nothing to write home about. Sauce was hot as hell though. Then went in on a Monday early afternoon. If you like looking at stuff, its a good place. Its a good distraction from their lousy service and food. Place wasnt 1/4 full and the wait staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Got to place an order. We started with a sampler. Poor waitress couldnt lift it to the table, all over the floor. 2nd one came and again was nothing that great. Then our order came out. Food was luke warm. as was my beer. Which was weird cause at 1/4 full our food came out pretty quick and for sure should have been hot. Not to mention how tight the seating is. Wont be going back.
