So today I went with my girlfriend to Planet Wings. It was my first time eating there. I had heard good things so I was expecting a good experience. First of all the service was terrible. After we received our food my wings where under cooked and had blood in them. Them we found a blond hair in our fries. I am not one to make a scene so I waited till the other customers left and brought the hair to the manager. His response was ill give you some more fries. I was utterly disgusted at the fact i found a nasty hair in my food and was expecting a refund but was not given one. I will never go to this restaurant again and will never recommend it.

Food was absolutely awful. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, buffalo chicken pita and a beef gyro. Honestly the gyro was not so bad but there was absolutely NO chicken in the grilled chicken wrap and the "chicken pieces" in the buffalo pita were just large pieces of breading with about a gallon of hot sauce (I guess to mask the fact that there was no chicken. Not to mention the fact that no one in there was over 20 and the individuals that were there had more hardware in their faces than the Terminator. Gross....

Ive had about 10 of the 24 sauces for the wings, all were delicious. The burritos are good, cheesesteaks are also delicious. Delivery is usually pretty fast. Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. I like the individuals with the "hardware" in their face!

Its a shame they say the deliver to saddle brook but not our section. Was looking for a new wing place besides Wing Zone. Planet Wings wants more business you should expand your territory. Customer lost staying with wing zone

Friendly employees, clean appearance and good food. The beef gyro and fries are delicious and the hot wings have good heat and flavour. Cant wait to try more from here. Definitely worth the money.

Foods expensive and food isnt that great im gonna give it three stars. Just because i dont know how the rest of the food are but so far the foos inst great and idk how the delivery man is there.

Excellent food. It was really delicious. Unfortunately, there are a few problems I would like to address. First of all, they say it takes 15 min to prepare but arrive 10-20 min late.

We tried the 10 wings just to see how they were and when we opened them the wings were swimming in the sauce we ordered with them!!! We had enough for another 20+ wings.
