The worst restaurant experience Ive ever dealt with in my life. After we were seated our waitress didnt come to get our drink order for at least 10 minutes and it wasnt particularly busy. When she finally arrived we had our whole order ready which took a little longer than usual to get across to her. We ordered 4 non-alcoholic beverages, soft pretzels as an app, kids wings, kids chicken fingers, a burger, and a Mediterranean salad. It took her about another 10 minutes for her to get us our drinks. Our pretzels arrived in a timely manner and were actually very good. Then our food arrived and as Im prepping my salad by putting the dressing on it I noticed there was no chicken. I asked a server for a menu to double check to see if it came with chicken and it did, it had an option to get it without chicken but I did not tell her not to give me chicken. I stopped a gentleman with a red shirt to let him know about the mistake and he apologized and offered to have a piece of chicken sent to me within 10 minutes and have my meal compd. I waited 20 minutes for a piece of chicken that never came. The server also never came to our table since I spoke with the manager to apologize about the mistake or even offer us refills on our drinks. I told the manager I just wanted to get the hell out of there and pay the bill and he apologized again and said the server would be bringing it and would be taking 50% off the whole bill along with the compd meal. The server never brought me the bill and the manager had to square the bill up with me and unless 4 non-alcoholic drinks($8-$10), an appetizer($7), an adult entree($11) and two kids entrees($14) amount to $66 I dont think he gave me 50% off. There are plenty of dining options right near this spot. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money. -Tawfeq

We shouldve known it was odd when our server explained the entire menu to us. She took about 10 minutes to go over every section. Then, 40 minutes after we ordered, she came over and said she thought she may had accidentally thrown our order away. She forgot completely what we had ordered, and asked if we would tell her again. Then she found the ticket and disappeared again for another 20 minutes. Food runners (Im assuming since they dropped off the food and took off) delivered our food, and my wings had no celery, carrots, or blue cheese. We tried to find her, but she was no where to be found. We finally grabbed another waitress and told her what we needed including napkins. Finally, our server came back with napkins - but still not the rest of my order. Then we asked for a box and the check and left. We were so annoyed after such terrible service that my spouse forgot his phone. When we called a few minutes later they said no phone had been found. Yet, when we went in to look for it it was miraculously there. If we had taken their word for it, someone would have had a new iphone tonight. I wasnt even going to complain but then they were so dishonest about the phone I thought I should definitely share.

Needs better customer service came in with my family and first off the Hostess didnt greet us just asked how many people . my wife and my two little children he showed us to our table and didnt offer if we wanted a high chair but asked the next group of people that had a small child if they wanted one. Then my waiter Raul came took out order but never came back at this time we got our wings we waiting 10 minutes and they forgot our fries as I tried to get his attention he sent another waitress over to ask are we fine and I informed her that my fries wasnt here so she went to go get it after we finally got it after 10 mins then after we had got our fries he came over and asked are we okay. At the end of our meal he finally came over and asked are we done we said yes he came with our check but never came back to charge my card and I had to inform a manager that Ive been waiting for 20 mins and never seen him to give him my payment this is the worst customer service and place I have ever been too people want to have a experience to make them want to come back but that was by far the worst experience ever

Positives: Great service, fresh beer and any game you want to watch they have. Negatives: Really subpar food. Everything that I ordered for me and my daughter was really sucked. The salad had wilted lettuce, the bonesless wings were overbreaded and dry, my daughters kids pizza was overly salty and the fries were no better then you would expect at a highschool cafeteria. Even the blue cheese dressing was weak. The only reason I would go back to this place would be to watch a game I cannot watch at home, and I would make sure to eat before I get there. How this is a national chain is beyond me. Bazookas, which used to be directly across the street from this place, made every food item I ordered from here better and Bazookas was never known for their food. So in conclusion, do not eat here. Drink and watch sports here but bring a sandwhich in your pocket or eat otherwise by whatever means necessary. You have been warned.

Went with my co-worker for lunch. Ordered from the lunch menu. I only ordered the small wings but the waitress said it came with a side, so I ordered the tortilla soup. I asked for the celery and carrots with blue cheese (which came with the lunch). Our food came 30 min. later. The place was not particularly busy. When our bill came, we were charged for the soup, celery and carrots, and my co-workers fries (which also came with the lunch). After we told the waitress, she left the table and 10 min later came back admitting she made the mistake. She ASKED us if we want her to ASK her manager to remove the additional charges. She shouldve done that BEFORE she came back to us. WHY DOES SHE NEED TO BE TOLD TO ASK ~~ASK~~ HER MANAGER TO SEE IF ~~IF~~ THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES CAN BE REMOVED???

If you like sports bars, youll like this place. The food is great and although Im not into sports at all, I liked the family-friendly atmosphere. Although there is definitely room for improvement, I dont understand all the negative reviews. The waitstaff could be trained a wee bit better. There are plenty of them around, but sometimes your server disappears. Also, last time we went, we had to ask for extra napkins and the little box to put the chicken wing bones in. This should be brought to the table automatically. One last thing: its always drafty in here! Ive been seated in several places in the front, and I often have to keep my coat on due to an uncomfortable draft from above. Winter or summer, theres that cool draft. Fix this, please!
