In all of years of dining out, Ive never been ignored at a restaurant until I went to BUFFALO WILD WINGS @ GATEWAY On September 20th, 2016. 12:12 pm, I walked in (1 person was ahead of me. I counted about 20 customers at 6 tables). There was no one at the front to greet customers. 12:16 pm, finally greeted by an employee( tall male). 12:17 pm, seated at a table and given a menu. 12:29 pm, not one wait staff member has approached my table. 12:34 pm, still waiting for service. 12:35 pm, another client has been seated across from me about 2 table away. 12:37 pm, his order is taken and I am still waiting. 12:40 pm, still waiting. 12:47 pm, 30 minutes since I was seated...NOT A WORD OR ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE 6 waiters /waitresses on the floor. OBVIOUSLY, I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PATIENCE LEFT. 12:48 pm, I got up and went to the washroom. 12:50 pm, I walked out of the establishment. 12:51 pm, I walked into the take out area where I counted 2 reps at the counter and 0 clients waiting. I asked one of the reps for the name of the manager and she tried to guess a name. I then asked to speak with the manager. She said okay and walked away. 12:53 pm, she returned and asked me if he hadnt come out. I said no and she did an about face and disappeared again. 12:54 pm, the manager came out from the back. I introduced myself and asked if I could speak with him without the counter between us...he complied. I explained to him what I had just experienced at his establishment (while showing him the documentation I have been making on my phone) and he apologized...multiple times. 12:56 pm, he asked if would like to place an order. At that point, my appetite was fueled by anger. He asked me to wait for a minute and walked off. 12:58 pm, I was addressed by the General manager, Mr. White, who was also very apologetic on behalf of his staff. He was kind enough to present me with his card and a future credit...I doubt this will be useful to me, for I do not intend on ever stepping foot at that location or another BUFFALO WILD WINGS again. I wished there was a NO STAR option in order to post this comment.

Worked there for a few months the place is horrible and its all due to the general manager cazzie white he lets the workers smoke weed all day the place is disgusting during the day there is no dishwasher so your cups plates and silverware is dirty and when they do clean it its just water no soap the oil in the fryers are dirty cause when the dishwasher comes in at 7pm they dont do a good job so in the morning when they open everything is still dirty food gets handled by hand no gloves food falls on the floor it gets picked up and served Ive seen it with my own eyes I would get in trouble for using a take out cup because didnt want to drink from the cups at the store I tried calling corporate to inform them of what was going on I spoke with maria hull and john paul and nothing happened no one cares I had to quit because Im a hard worker I couldnt stand to be in a place were they allow that food to come out of there the ice machines have mold every time the health inspector comes they fail they also cook the chicken in dirty fryers and pans dont know how no one has gotten sick the buckets that store the meat smells like death due to not being cold this store being in my community I would never recommend anyone going there to eat there if you do look very careful and your plates cups and silverware your plate might have sauce on it but make sure its the same color because again they dont wash anything until 7pm and it opens at 11am so again eat at your own risk

After a long hard day at work my partner decided to stop on the way home for a drink. The first place we went to had no seating so we ended up at Gateway Centres BWW. Upon arrival we were asked for ID from the security guard at the door. Once we got to the hostesss podium no one was there. The place wasnt that crowded but the young lady who was supposed to be there was bustling through the restaurant for reasons unknown. We were told that our wait would be 10 minutes but waited twice as long. Not a problem. We were seated and about 5 minutes later our server ,Parris, came over to greet us. My partner ordered the black cherry mojito for each of us which ended up being pink lemonade. When we asked about the alcohol content we were told that it was only .5% of the drinks. We laughed as we waited for our Honey BBQ Wings and Potato Wedges. As hungry as I was I only had two pieces of wings since they were bland, undercooked and barely had any honey BBQ sauce on there. I really enjoyed the wedges but got even more annoyed when I attempted to eat a piece of carrot. I should have known the whitish look that it was good for eating but I did it anyway. IMMEDIATELY my tongue started itching and I spat it out. My partner follow doing the same. The couple sitting next to us had the same complaints as us and asked to speak to a manager. I really hope they get their stuff together because this is totally unacceptable.

If youre paying cash and with a card be warned that their server named Precious will steal the cash and pretend that she made a mistake and then your card will get charged twice to make up for the cash she stole. My friend and I had dinner here, our bill was 62 dollars my friend paid 50 in cash and I paid with my card a total of 25 dollars including the 13 dollar tip. The following day I check my card and I see that they charged me an extra 50 dollars I immediately called them and spoke to their GM by the name of White and I explain to him the situation and was told I would get a call back, never did get that call. I called the next day after that and spoke to the manager by the name of Matty and he explains to me that Precious told them that she made a mistake and wrongfully charged me 12 in my card instead of the full 62 so they had to charge me the extra 50 dollars but in reality she stole the 50 cash that my friend gave for the bill and lied to them. The manager Matty said I will get the 50 back in my account for the wrong charge and now currently waiting for the call back to get the approval code for reimbursement . Beware of the server by the name Precious. Clearly that they hire thieves here.

I would give zero stars if it were an option.MY FAMILY WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!! The worse staff and customer service Ive ever experienced. FIRST, We were made to wait for over 15 mins to be seated when there were plenty of empty tables. SECOND when we were about to be seated we were rudely told to collapse our stroller and leave it at the front. When I responded that my baby was sleeping and I did not want to wake her. I was told that we could not be served because a stroller is a fire hazard. She rolled her eyes at us and turned away. THIRD, We obviously asked for a manager and waited 15 mins, asked what that managers named was and everyone refused to give it and told us to wait for him or go on the website to look it up. Fourth, an employee not the manager came to speak to us and offered to seat us if we wanted. At this point as you can imagine we were beyond upset and just wanted to go. Never been treated so horribly at a restaurant before. What hurts the most is that my children were turned away. I will never go back and I ask you to do the same
