They have the worst customer service EVER! Each & Everytime I deal with this store its always a bad experience. They treat their guests as if they are incompetent & unaware of the bullshit they like to pull over their customers heads. I was shorted two cookies (something so small) & I called the store to let them know. I spoke with a rep named Frank who said that the next time I order, let whoever I deal with know I Spoke with him & they would replace the missing items. I then ordered a month after, let them know about my issue & they said Frank is gone and there was nothing they could or wanted to Do about it. Mind you I doesnt about 30$ on this order, when I asked to speak with a manager they said none was on site . Smh each and every time its an issue. Ill be sure to leave a comment the next time they decide to mess up IF I decide to eat here again

Ordered wings from this place online, had about 8 problems with the place itself. I got a call from them saying that they needed my address and then they were on their way. I ordered these for a Super Bowl Party and specifically set my delivery time for 5:00. I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted them to be delivered at 5. Now they say that they cant deliver here because its out of their delivery range but that they could deliver them now but not at 5:00. I made a huge order that was over 80$ order and they treated me like I was an idiot. I said that I will just come pick them up at 5 and they said they would put them under a warmer. No that will not happen. On top of it all the the wings were bad the sides were soggy and they didnt give me any straws. The person who took my order and the person who delivered my food were nice. However, for a place called planet wings, youd think the wings would be better. The food was terrible, and not hot. Honestly the only reason I didnt call and complain was because I was starving. I would never order from this place ever again. And I wouldnt recommend you do either.

The service is terrible! They now have a policy that if you order for delivery you have to purchase over $20. Ill stick to local restaurants food is just as good if not better and theyll deliver an order that is in the $13-$18 range. What makes it worse is that this policy applies to people who live less than 5 minutes away from the Spring Valley location.

Best wings in the county. Some say they are small, (although I dont agree) that is because they are used to getting wings with lots of fat on them like other places you get wings.These do not have fat on them! Great food :)

The food is mediocre and they are over priced for the portions you get. I have a local wing spot that blows the doors off of this place and I can get a 25 wing order for 10 bucks. And the wings are much bigger than Wing Stop.
