Having severe food allergies can make dining out difficult. But most of us assume that professional food-service workers — from restaurant owners and caterers to wait staff — are sufficiently knowledgeable about allergies and trained in proper food-handling techniques. Guess again. If you have allergies this place is not the place to go! They do not listen even when your very forward about allergies. I made clear about my food intolerance and told them what i wanted to order they checked with the kitchen and made sure it was safe for me eat. I received my food and went back to work to eat, while eating one of the wings i thought hmm the taste is off from what i ordered. It was ASIAN ZING Sauce (highly allergic to soy, Wheat) i was throwing up and sick for 5 yes 5 days. I called to complain and bring it to their attention what had happened. Thank God my allergy is not DEADLY some people can DIE! The manager tried to make it out like it was my fault and told me he would be happy to give me an appetizer at no charge next time i went in... HELLO I spent 27$ at your establishment and your offering me a 9$ appetizer at no charge next time I come in HELLO I CANT EAT MOST OF YOUR APPETIZERS I AM GLUTEN FREE!!!! long story short they are way to careless about allergies here.......

Never had a problem with Buffalo Wild Wings before until tonight. Went in to order two chicken Caesar salads and received crap. The manager David who rang me up told me the total price was 25.73$, but according to the menu each salad is 9.79$. Im not dumb, I know math. Shouldve been 19.58$ before tax and I know tax here isnt gonna be 5$ on something so small. I ignored it until I received my receipt. David was hesitant about giving me my receipt and I noticed on there it said I was charged with 3.80$ for 2-2Breaded. Whatever that is. I assumed it was probably for the chicken but kept thinking that isnt it already included? I get home, check my salads and theyre not even full. Theres hardly anything in the container. I open up the side of dressing and its not even caesar dressing. I have no clue what it is but its SPICY and a yellow color. I am NEVER ordering from you guys again. Robbing me for extra money. Awesome.

Awful. our lunch group has gone here off and on. Rarely do we get out in under an hour. Today, one hour, 15 minutes. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Seriously, for wings...our Waitress didnt even apologize for the food taking so long. We even sat for almost 7 minutes with empty beers. Come on. Oh, and remember, we wanted fries with that. Extremely disappointed, and they are off the Friday lunch Rotation. So, all I have to say is Congratulations Mr. Mikes, we will now be coming to lunch one extra friday a month because BWW is off our list.

Awful service terrible food- We had a party of 4 and we were seated quickly that was basically the highlight of the entire meal. The waitress took half an hour with our drink and out food came before our drink too! The wings were dry and mealy and pulled 2 long hairs out of the basket of wings we had and another our of my mouth. The manager just apologized and left the table. We were ignored the entire time by our waitress being one myself I thought that was disgraceful she looked like she was doing a favor by being there.

I gave this place two tries. Why? Because I ate at one in Dallas TX and had good service. Pros: a lot of large screen TVs. Cons: I didnt go there expecting a gourmet meal. However the wings are very small for the price. The second time I went was mid afternoon to get a beer. They were not busy. I sat for 10 minutes and never had a server stop by my table.. Sorry that is pretty bad. Servers walked by my table and ignored me. Got up and left.

I believe my server was Nate and he did an amazing job and was very attennative. I am a former employeee of buffalo wild wings in MD and i live this establishment. Only have visited this store once but had great experience. Tonight will be my second time and it is UFC night, hope they can make this a great night again! Dont worry Bdubs most people who comment on restaraunt reviews have never worked in a restaurant and are very ignorant ;)

Bad service. Food is great, price is what Id expect. But unless you go at 8pm when its slowing down, good luck getting a waiter to serve you. My girlfriend and I have walked out 3 times because we were sat, given menus, then sat for over a half hour without being approached. Once the waitress stopped and asked if we wanting drinks, then came back with mine but didnt bring my girlfriends, then never came back to the table.

The food was pretty good...a bit pricey...wings were good not great but good-3 stars......but I give the service FIVE stars....Hostess was sweet and hospitable...waitress was friendly,,, then at least 3 (if not 4) different guys came to our table to ask how our meal was...that means a LOT to us...giving us the opportunity to voice complaints or praise....sure wed go back

We were right in and got a table on the patio. We ordered our drinks and within 5 minutes had them, at that time we put our meal in. I started the clock and just as we hit 13:40, Kelly came out with all the food. Great service and fast. Kelly was a great waitress, I would highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. Define a 5 star. Cant wait to come back.

We were at Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday, May 3, 2014 for a team dinner. There were 35 people in our party and I just wanted to say that Becky was AWESOME. The services our group received was outstanding. We will definately do another team dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings!!

Waiters are always friendly but getting your food takes forever you normally get your drinks first then 15 mins you will get your food half hour if they are really busy but I love it there recommend if your patient or on a date so you can just talk

Ive been to Bdubs all throughout the country and enjoyed every single one until this one. This one is a truly pathetic franchise and is in no way representative of the chain as a whole. Poor and slow service with poorly prepared wings and food.

We had a table of 8 with no reservations, and the staff was quick to accommodate us. We waited maybe a few minutes. Our waitress was awesome and the other staff were as well. The food and atmosphere was great. I would definitely return again:)

Bartender didnt know how to make a Manhattan. Asked for it up and got on the rocks. No side of of ice water that I asked for. Never offered a menu or checked back, was there for an hour and felt invisible. Poor service. Wont return.

Jack was awesome and so helpful for our pickup order! Food is always really good; we go every Thursday for lunch for the boneless special and everything is always great!
