I always have to get lunch for my office and sometimes its last minute and we cant plan 24 hours in advance. I have tried patronizing this restauarant multiple times but I always get the same reluctant service. This time, I tried to place an order to pick-up of a box of sandwiches (5 sandwiches) in which case the manager told me it couldnt be done because it was after 11am. (It was 11:12am.) She told me that catering orders need 24 hour notice. So I asked if her " if I came in, you guys couldnt make 5 sandwiches?" She replied, "but you want them in a box, and thats catering, and it cant be done." Needless to say, I politely thanked her and hung up, and called the woodbridge panera. I asked her the same question and she said, sure, how soon do you need it? I told her 12 or 12:15ish, she said I could come pick it up by 12!! I dont really see the difference between making 5 sandwiches and making 5 sandwiches in a box? That extra task of putting the sandwiches in a box or on a tray makes my order impossible? Thanks but no thanks. If you dont want my business then I will give it another. My advice, use the woodbridge panera store. They are less than a mile away and WAY better customer service and much politer.

This is the 2nd time Ive gone through the drive thru and received LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE service. Here are some of the things that went wrong: My caeser salad did not have croutons, I wasnt given the option of bread/apple/chips, the ice water I asked for was either dirty water or diluted with something thats not clear, I didnt receive the necessary eating utensils and had to drive back through to get it corrected, and the cashier doesnt ask for your panera card or tell you about rewards unless you mention it. Ive had other instances of poor service. But I figured this was important to document, as I encountered the same cashier both times. But Im seriously considering not coming to this panera again, because the prices are entirely too high to then receive terrible service. Was struggling to even give them even one star.

They should seriously pay better attention to orders. I have no complaints when Im ordering inside. But I do it super-rare. What I do 2-3 times a week are - to-go orders using drive-through. And those almost never come out right. Four times out of five you will get your french onion soup without croutons (which is not too bad - I can add those myself). But what is worse - two times out of five you will also get it without cheese which is just ridiculous. :( And when you do drive-through - you dont really have time to check it (and you would not see the absent cheese if you do anyway) especially when my orders are 3-4 soups stacked one on another. I would avoid them, but I leave a block away which makes it too convenient.

No matter what time of day we go there the service is horrible. One person behind the register doing everything and the other staff is all over the place running like chickens without a a head. A totally disorganized place! The food is average and the drinks are overpriced. I thought of going through the drive through instead of waiting inside the long line and it was even worse! It took them 11 minutes to order one hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. With dozens of other restaurants in the area I do not know how they are still in business!

I am actually sitting in this Panera RIGHTNOW, and I decided to read the reviews out of curiosity.. and I noticed lot of complaints.. someone said something about computers users were not allowed anymore and the outlets were covered, well as Im sitting here I saw all the outlets open and 4 laptops being used. Also the tables and floors are very clean and the atmosphere is great!.. (Im sitting in front of a fireplace). No rude manager or staff. Great place to relax! ..

This location is very large and has a great sitting space with fireplace to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea. It also has an extended dinning area that could double as a private event area. The servers are fast and friendly. We went in with a party of 6 and after ordering out food came promptly. The portions were large. Larger then most (which is good) and everything was hot and fresh. Would definitely visit this location again.

I used to go there often until they intentionally locked up almost all the power outlets to stop people from using laptops there to save power. Considering how expensive everything is at Panera, I find no reason to go there anymore if I cant study there with my laptop. Other than that, the food is good, especially the "Smokehouse Turkey" and "Creamy tomato soup". However they are both overpriced.

I almost always use the drive through when I order from this location. Never a long wait, even on the few occasions where there were multiple cars ahead of you in line. Also, the staff is always friendly and remind you of any rewards available on your account. I love Panera Bread in general, but for some reason at this location any sandwich I get with chicken seems to be a little too salty.

1 whole sandwich, 1 half sandwich, 2 soups and 1 drink =$ 30.00. Could not believe it. It might have been clean eating but hello salt. Salt in both soups, bacon was so hard. By the way nothing is made hear. It comes in buckets and warmed to what u want. Such a waste of time and money. Oh and if that wasnt enough of a bad experience dont use the womans bathroom, so gross.

The upper managment at this facility needs a major shakedown, They are Rude, specially the One Lady manager that frequents the lobby. She needs a serious personality training. Very rude & uncaring of those around her. If she doenst like to be around people maybe they can find her a line of work where being around family people is not a requirement.

Your standard Panera, for the most part, but there seems to be a supply issue. While the drive thru makes this Panera slightly more convenient than others, on a few visits, they were out of many essentials at early times (i. e. no bread/baguettes, or chicken at 6pm) which was extremely disappointing..

This is your standard Panera Bread. Great food options and relatively quick service. I really love the iced green tea and my girlfriend is a huge fan of the mac and cheese. I went with the BBQ chicken flatbread which tasted great and was very flavorful. There is ample seating and plenty of parking.

I have been coming to this Panera Bread for several years, and this is the second time I order a strawberry/banana smoothie and they are out of bananas. I cannot believe it. There is a farmers market on the other side of the highway. No one can walk/drive over for a banana? LMAO!

The water from the soda machine tasted funny and the sandwich I received was the smallest of any Ive ever received at the many paneras weve been to. both things seemed not to phase the staff who didnt apologize and said "thats how it always is"
