They are extremely mean to my ice cream the through it in the air and then down on the counter top and then beat it with metal scooper and beat my toppings in to my ice cream Also when I give a tip the yell at me songs that I dont know what they are saying

ordered a medium icecream asked for extra brownie - the lady who is making added it but the other lady said that it would be charged(with worst expression i have ever seen)( we are not asking any thing for free

Ice cream is good In taste but the people serving doesnt make it properly, quantity they give is also very less compare to other cold stone shops.Every time I go I had a bad Experience.Spoils the mood.

I love their ice cream. Surely different from other places. Super yummy. Havent got ice cream cakes but their speciality ice creams are really good. If u havent tried, u should surely give it a shot.
