Today I was very disappointed in the quality of the bake goods in this shop. I sent my young son to pick up a tress letches cake and a slice of walnut cake. However, they gave him the wrong cake as when I cut in to it .. There were pineapples in it and Im allergy to them. (not sure why they would do that) In addition, they literally threw the slice of walnut cake, which was stale and nasty on top of the cake boxed unwrapped. Not only was that inappropriate, it was very unsanitary and disgusting. This bakery doesnt have to worry about me ever patronizing their business ever again.

Very bad service..I pre ordered a cake from them and they got the order wrong and didnt even take responsibility for it, they refused to make me a new cake so i ended up taking the cake and it was actually not so great.The Manager claimed she had no way to contact the cook?!? This is my first time buying a cake from Bella Palermo and will surely be my last.Do not preorder a cake from here and expect it to be anything like your order.They didnt even offer a discount more than $2. I was very disappointed and so were my coworkers.

Bella palermo is the one stop shop for coffee, cakes, Italian goods, cookies and more. They have specialty breads baked on premise too. The manager also makes fresh Empanadas daily!! A must try! You wont be disappointed. Lastly, their Portuguese custard cups with or without nutella are simply irresistible. Try eating just one! Shout out to all the staff at Bella palermo in Kenilworth. You guys rock! Thanks for making my mornings a non Dunkin donuts one. :)

The best Italian bakery on earth. I have been going to the one in Elizabeth new Jersey since I was a baby. I love their Italian cakes and pastries. Even though I have moved to Pennsylvania then Delaware, I still come home for Bella Palermo,My favorite bakery.

You know its not easy to find a great pastry shop. This one Ill say is ok, but really doesnt wow me. On the other hand nothing to complain about. So its ok occasionally to stop by.
