FOUND ROACHES IN MY TO-GO ORDER. Do not order from this place until they clean up and completely revamp the place with cleaner kitchen and staff. I ordered about 45 minutes ahead of time, I was told it will be ready in 15-20 minutes (which is great). When I arrived, I picked the order and handed my credit card for payment. While the waiter/manager processed my payment, just to check, I opened the bag (which was stapled with an order #). To my surprise I found a dead roach! I looked closer and saw there was another roach crawling up and out of the bag. My first reaction was of disgust, and immediately I asked the waiter/manager to take a look inside the bag. Without saying much, he reversed the charge and gave me a refund, he repeated "sorry sir" about 3 times. Now that I think about it, i wish I had taken a picture to post here but in the moment, was too tired and hungry after work. My best guess is that they must have prepared the order and placed it in the bag, while it sat (probably in the kitchen) for about 20-25 mins (the extra time it took for me to arrive). Which gave enough time for roaches to enter the bag in their roach infested kitchen. Beware, order with caution. Btw, I actually do think the food here tasted very good the few times I had ordered before this incident.

BEWARE GROUPON USERS!!! This establishment is involved in a scheme; if you bring in your Groupon, they will try to charge you tax on top to make extra money for the restaurant. He charged me $1.82 on top for absolute no reason as he was very hesitant that they always charge tax on Groupon deals. In no circumstance do you have to pay on top for a Groupon service unless you get extra food. I had the weekend buffet Groupon for 2 people. This is immoral and probably illegal. The food was not too good as well; during my experience at the buffet. Mostly South Indian choices but some North Indian food as well. You get what you pay for. It was advertised as the weekend buffet having several entrees & several appetizers, but I saw about half of what they advertise. No wonder they run on Groupon to fund their business. The food doesnt have taste to it. The only thing I would recommend were the Dosas, that was the only thing they really knew how to make.

Good restaurant for veg eaters. Good quality food as well. However I think it is little overly priced compared to the competitors in the area. I tried lunch buffet and also regular items on the menu. I would say it is above average and can try, it is not bad at all. Compared to price, I would say even quantity is less compared to other restaurants. Lunch Buffett price is more as well i.e. $12.99 with tax it is $13.90. In lunch buffet, you can order dosas as well. They have Thursday dinner night as dosas night buffet where there are unlimited dosas with some limited menu, please call them to inquire whats in limited menu. And lunch Buffett is throughout the weekdays and weekend as well. Whereas, dinner buffet which is dosa night is only on Thursdays night Anyways, I dont go too often but it is sometimes a place to be with family or alone.

Terrible guys! Absolutely no human touch in service. Rude, rough and insulting type of welcome by socially immature idiots!. The current staff members are ridiculously insensitive to customer service. Food has also deteriorated in quality. We used visit them every week. But, its been 2 months since we saw these morons. Some of our friends also have stopped visiting them for the same reason. These guys will never learn nor will they change. They will surely deteriorate further and soon Cakewalk thats opposite these guys will rule. You may want to try Delhi chaats thats just a minute away on Rt 130 just beside McDonald. Dump Dosai PLace!!

Just came from the place and i know its a southindian food place but today we tried veg noodles and shezwan noodles and veg Manchurian and i m very sorry to say it was horrible..and not only horrible the quantity is like not enough for my daughter she is just 8...small bowls and thin noodles they were even not coming in the spoon and Manchurian is like loki kofta in in chinese curry.. This was my 2nd trip and again disappointing as before on my 1st trip we had thali and dosa ...dosa was just okay not very special. Today i paid $30 for small small bowls of noodles and a small bowl of kofta (chinese Manchurian..

The food may be good but service is extremely poor. It started with seating. Though there were lot of empty tables, no one was available to make us sit. Finally when we went and asked what was going on, they tula is we can sit where ever we want. From that point on it took more than 60 minds for our food to come. The couple in next table left a after waiting for long. Bottom line, we will never go back again.

My personal experience and opinion is that the quality has deteriorated from the past. In my most recent visit for a lunch buffet, the Panner tikka masala was spoilt and the rasamalai did not taste good. I brought the paneer tikks issue to their attention. While paying they did not have the credit card machine working as well. No discount was provided due to the issue above and I paid full prjce.

This place is ok not five star. Masala dosa is fine. Once got onion dosa and all they did was put raw onions inside - too much, it was not so good. The dosas are a hit or miss, sometimes they cook it too much so its too crispy/burnt and just breaks apart and sometimes they make it too soft where it feels its not cooked enough. Paneer Tikka appetizer was ok. Fried Gobi appetizer not bad.

I wish I can give negative ratings. Horrible service and dosa night will make you wait 60 mins to get your dosa and paper dosa came small broken and soggy. Chutney and sambar does not taste good. Restaurant staff are good and responsive but under staffed and poor service time since the kitchen is slow! Overall dont try dosa night buffet unless you dont give damn about reviews.

For unlimited dosas, Thursday night is your best bet. Great selection with a mini South Indian buffet to boot. Its nice to see a place so popular with families. The service is friendly, but seems to break down due to either inattentiveness or a slow kitchen. Its still worth a visit, and theres lots of potential.

Every Thursday its "Dosai night", unlimited dosas ... around 25 dosas to choose from.. nice and simple menu... loved the dosas...andhra spicy for spiciness.. paneer bhurji and spinach masala dosa was a surprise, loved it.. definitely worth a visit here..

Overpriced and not good. They say they make all kinds of dosa but most of them dont have authentic taste. Only went their once and realized their potentials. Avoid this place if you are looking for truly authentic south Indian dosai
