Delivery was 3 hours late for PICKUP. i waited as I had walked to the restaurant and i live in a dangerous neighborhood with no close food places. the order was not even accurate. they forgot to include my mozzarella sticks. i asked them if they would kindly deliver them to me as i had waited for so long and they had forgotten to include them. they said they would. i live one block away from them and yet it for some reason took them 2 additional hours to deliver them to me. this stingy restaurant (yes i said stingy and im a conservative) would not offer any reimbursements despite their errors to which they willingly admitted. i love pizza, but their pizza sucks and is disgusting. i refuse to order pizza from them. (That was just a side note). i only go there as they are close, but have been ordering elsewhere because the professionalism of the restaurant is not apparant. they in fact lack it as well as their restaurant is not the cleanest. Honestly, it seems to me that the positive reviews are by family and friends or people that they pay.

I only gave one star because the option to give zero was not available. Me and my friends but in an order for the pizza and wing special with a soda. For one the delivery man called an HOUR after I ordered with rudeness in his voice exclaiming "i go in 5 mins" I asked for clarification and he then said "I leave in 5 mins" 30 mins later he called and stated he was downstairs. I retrieved the order and immediately noticed that there was no heat illuminating from the box. I called and complained instantly. The guy who answered the phone ("Angel") was lack luster and almost annoyed that I would have such a complaint. He then claims his boss "oda" would compensate the next time we ordered but who wants to order again. Also when I asked him his boss name he had to place me on hold to get his boss name. Ridiculous!!!

If I could give them no stars I would!!!! Horrible customer service #1. I ordered food from here and got it delivered. I ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar wrap and fries. As Im eating my food I realize that I cant chew what Im eating or swallow it! I take it out and its PLASTIC! So I call the restaurant they tell me that theyre not going to bring me another one and I have to come to the store! I go to the store and have to almost beg for the manager to come out! He then comes out and has the nerve to ask me how the plastic got there!! He did end up giving me my money back begrudgingly and did not care about making the situation right! I will not ever give them another cent of my hard earned money!

Not sure if management changed yet always ordered from there several times. Today ordered a pie with extra sauce and cheese yet received a plain pie. This thing has minimum sauce and cheese. I was Informed would be picked up and funds returned yet not the case. 4 hours later, 5 calls and still waited. They have lost a customer with me. Heading back to #pizzahut up the block where will get what paid for and a higher customer service. Gave the dry dough away to a pan handler. Thank you Giovannis. #customerservice #pizza #dontdoit

Do not order for delivery, they are very bad with delivering on time or as promised. Food is decent, but other than that; NEVER order delivery from these guys. I ordered online. I called. They made the order and said it was waiting in the kitchen; I waited another hour, the food hasnt come still. I had to call them three times to make sure I ordered for delivery. They probably reheated my food and sent it out to deliver... Just took a bite right now and the sauce is all dried up.

Ordered a simple meal off the menu estimated delivery time was 40 min. I called to check on it after one hour and they told me the driver would be there any minute, the "manager" shows up one hour later, thats two hours after I ordered the food, it was cold and extremely late so I refused to receive it and asked for a refund. He refused and left with the food. Spend your money where they appreciate it, do business elsewhere!

I had it with this place you call for delivery they say 30 to 45 min and it dont come for 2 hours then when u decide you dont want it they have an attitide all i ordered was a cheesesteak why woukd that take 2 hours and when you call to find out whats going on they lie and say he is almost there any minute now there un organized and bogus never again !!!

Waited 2 hours after being told "oh 30-45 mins, an hour and 15mins later Ooo sorry 10 more mins" and here we are 45 mins later still no pizza. Its one thing to set the correct expectation when I called or any customer the first time, not three calls later. Still waiting, never again. Pizza has finally arrived and the order is WRONG!!!!

I have had it with this place. There is NO consistency with the food, its either ridiculously salty, extremely under cooked dough, and unpresentable pizza to say the absolute least. Their food is either decent or horrible theres NO in between and 8/10 its horrible. Ive given it countless of tries....never again.

We have ordered from here a few times.. 90 percent of the time the pizza is disgusting. It is like soup in a box. If you call up to complain you get a rude response and they will replace it... of course you have to wait longer and return the item. Then you get another mess in a box. I have photos to post.

Travel for work been in town nearby this restaurant ate there twice . Horrible both times. First delievery was an our late and food was no good. Second time was today delivered on time but chicken wasnt cooked and spaghetti was gross. Sorry for the review but very unhappy . Wasted $50 worth the food .

Great service, friendly staff! I ordered a Sicilian pizza, I did not like it very much though. It tasted like someone took French bread, added tomato sauce with cheese on it and put it inside the microwave, sort of like Papa Johns. I like the bread crunchy, this bread was soft.

Im not 100% sure of what exactly I found in my order of mozzarella sticks.... But Im 80% sure it was a tampon applicator... I was disgusted didnt even bother calling back for what so they could deny what I had found in my food, never ordered again nasty

A good traditional pizzeria. The service is fast and the food is delicious, but its a little hard to hear sometimes. Id go there again if I get the chance.
