Regular pizza, nothing special. I go there for 24 inch pies, wont anymore. Not good from Start to finish. Called in for pick up, the girl that picked up started with attitude. I ask what topings they offer thats non vegetable, employee said, what you mean, i said you like like sausage and what else, she said anything you want, since she didnt give me options i had to hang up and went on there site to check the menu, which had only 4 options, not hard for the employee to list. When i called back i was on hold for about 5 min, which can be understandable. I gave the order and was told 15 min. So i went there in 20. I was hoping my pies were in the oven but they had not even started and the guy was making a pie for slices which no one was waiting for. I found that out while waiting half hour in the store for my pies. The guy finally put my pizzas in the oven, they dont pop the baloons that are formed while cooking, i guess some like it but pizzas are not suppose have bubbles, they are the highest point and start burning. Anyways after 50 minutes in total for 2 pies, i go to pay i give my credit card and the tablet gets turned to me saying these are your tipping options if you want to tip, which is another no no for pick up orders. I dont mind given the option to tip in my tab but i shouldnt get a screen turned to me saying these are your tipping options which starts at 15 percent. My bill for 2 extra large pies was $49. i didnt tip and the girls face changed probably called me a cheap ass to her self. I usually pick up my order for it to be faster and whole process took about hour to get 2 pies. I read another review saying 1.5 hours for his pizza and i believe it. For the average food you get, the crappy service and price you pay there are better options around.

Good food I used to order at least 3 times a month until they messed my order up a couple times no big deal and never complained,but once during this Ramadan we had the food delivered at the time to break fast and one of the pies I ordered was black olives. They gave me black olives with " teriyaki chicken" disgusting, no one ate it, so I called the next day to tell them and the owner gets on the phone and says theres nothing they can do since I didnt call right away.i dont see what the difference is if its today tomorrow or next week. I thought they wouldve been a little more understanding since theyre Muslim too and they fast too but no. Bad customer service.They just lost a customer for a pie of pizza. Check your food before the delivery guy leaves

We stopped by for lunch after a LONG day at the zoo to dine in. We usually order delivery from Wize Guys and the results are always good, but the service in this place was over the top. It was a pretty busy hour and it took a bit longer for us to receive our order (which was delicious by the way), so the owner doubled the fries, gave us 2 drinks and 2 scoops of ice cream on the house! To top it off i asked for 2 to-go containers so i could pack my left overs and he came over the table and did it himself. The girls at the register and the tables are so nice to deal with. I always order from Wize guys but from now on ill be dining in. Absolutely amazing people and FOOD!

Inconsistency with food they serve, more than once I received undercooked chicken on my chicken salads, the employees that work there are very nice and attentive but the food is sub-par, I use to order here all the time even though the food was mediocre back then, it was near my house and at the time cooked to completion but after a while they stopped cooking things thoroughly and it didnt matter how many times Id ask them to do so youd still get rubbery, undercooked and at times cold chicken, I gave up on this place, one too many bad salads for me ..... Hopefully theyve changed things and no longer suck, ill let u guys be the judge of that Good luck!!!

Wize Guys is the best thing that has ever happened to Clifton, and to my husband and me! The pizza is outstanding, but that is only the start. The crust is the best pizza crust Ive ever had. They offer a variety of sandwiches and dinners and even desserts on the menu, and one dish is better than the next. Being at Wize Guys is like being in our own home, as the staff and owners are kind and friendly, and see to it that their customers are happy. They are creative (example: nutella zeppolis!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!) and professional. I LOVE WIZE GUYS and highly recommend them!

I love the food usually I get great customer service but one night I was given a coupon that misplaced 2 nights later I was making an order and asked the cashier on the phone since I am a regular there and 2 days prior I got a coupon if she would honored it. She answered in very precise way No!!! You must have your coupon in order to get the discount" I was taking back by her response due to I personally know the owners and I am pretty sure they wouldnt oppose to it. It really made me feel like just calling Poppa Johns and spend less since they always have deals.

So i decided to try a new pizza delivery place rather than my usual. That turned out to be a mistake. I place my ordered online at 6:30 and after calling 3 times and being told twice it would be right there, i didnt receive my cold pie until 1 and a half hours after i ordered. I called and complained about this and i was not even offered a discount or a full refund. If this is they they treat a first time customer I wouldnt recommend them to a soul. Do yourself a favor and learn through my experience.

I ordered a meal 2 hours before picking it up, specified that I needed it at that certain time, and when I went to pick it up on time not only it was not ready, but I ended up waiting there for thirty more minutes, and found out that a good portion of my order hadnt even been cooked... didnt offer any discounts or some sort of complementary side dish for the wait and inconvenience ended up leaving sans order since it still wasnt ready, bottom line service sucks.... wont be ordering from there again

I just recently got a chance to try the new Wize Guys Brick Oven Pizzeria in Clifton NJ and it exceeded my expectation. The only thing better than the pizza is the customer service! If you are looking for excellent food and a comfortable family friendly environment this is the place to go. Also if you have a chance to try their Scoops ice cream, it is definitely a treat. Great Italian food, clean place, reasonable prices, large portions. So happy to be working so close to this pizzeria!
