The worst place ever to order from!! Pizza and my sandwichs came ice cold. The hero had 1 piece of chicken cutle that was smaller then a kids meal and the pizza was ice cold. So I Called the store and they said its a new driver and he maybe got lost. The girl who answered the phone (really rude and nasty) put me on hold I stayed on hold 20 minutes hung up called again same person answered and said please hold was on hold 15 minutes hung up called again same thing again but this time I hung up. I called from my fiancé phone and guess what they answer and actually talk to him. By this time I am beyond pissed and he asked for a boss. The boss blames the pizza being cold on us. Told us there nothing he can do and hung up. I recommend that no one goes there.

For high priced menu like their ud expect much more. You order a soup-you ask them to make sure they have it- STILL get a callback saying theyre out of it.Mix up orders frequently(e.g. wrong roll, missing ingredient). Delivery : min 40 mins and can take up to 1, 5 hrs.

Super yummy pizza! Has great food, seating, and good vibe. Awesome authentic Italian food! I never order delivery so I dont know about their service but every time I go in the there the food is on point! Id also love some stuffed mushrooms on the menu!

Delivery takes too long, not friendly. Messes up orders & dont compensate for it even though you spend anywhere between $50 to $200. Never gives anything extra to just say thank you. I suggest everyone should go to Villa Monte.

Food isnt bad but their delivery service is the worse!! Driver went to the wrong address mind you we order at least 2x a week and live right near the place and waiting an hour 1/2 for one large pie!

this pizza is the best tasting i have ever had. they also have a great selection of wraps, salads and entrees. ive never been disappointed by anything i ordered.

I always go here. The pizza is amazing, the wings are amazing, the lasagna is amazing and so is the service, theyre always friendly there.
