This location is the worst. They literally give you what they want instead of what you paid for. On 4 occasions in the past month, Ive driven all the way home only to realize that my meal is incorrect. My fries tonight were so burnt that I almost chipped my tooth. Im done with this location. Ill drive out of my way to the Delran location just because their service is better there. Word of advice to customers: Skip out on waiting in their drive thru for 15 minutes only to receive a crappy, incorrect meal and get better service at Wendys, Checkers or even McDonalds.

I visit this location often and had nothing but good experiences. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. I try to maintain a low carb diet and the staff was very gracious in helping me find options that would fit my diet. The store is usually packed, but the lines still move steadily even with the high volume. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Love this place! I really hadnt eaten here until my grandkids came for a month. The grandkids were familiar and ask to go here. The chicken was mouthwatering in the salad that I got. The place was very clean and the young workers were so polite and courteous. They brought the food to us and came back to see if we needed anything. It was a great experience.

The drive thru...was TERRIBLE. Never again will I come to this restaurant. I got into the drive thru line at 1:50 pm and waited in the line for a half hour! It was unbelievably crowded and this location justs has overall terrible service. I do not recommend going here.

Recently opened, definitely need more training. Ordered Cobb salad like i do at other Chick-fil-As and it has the wrong chicken in it. Very slow drive-thru. No straw given with soda ordered. This restaurant is definitely not meeting the Chick-Fil-A standards.

Drive through always takes a while no matter the time of day. Why do I still come here? Because its the closest chick fil a around. Im not complaining to get people to stop coming here, Im just warning the public that the drive through line is a bit of a wait.

The manager refused to make my food well done and I patronize the Centerton and Moorestown restaurants and have never had a problem. Very poor customer service but I guess the manager thinks he can do what he wants because he has no competition! Wont be back!

Always have good experiences at Chick-fil-A, no matter where we go. Stopped by for a pair of shakes on a Saturday afternoon. While the drive-in line was around the parking lot, we got in and out of the store itself in pretty short order.

Their food is good. However, the wait to get it, especially on Saturday mornings, is RIDICULOUS. There should be no reason I am in your drive thru for 10+ minutes. And when I did get my order, my lemonade tasted like sugar water!

The staff here is always incredibly kind and helpful. The service is always fast also. They also have a great little playground which comes in super handy in the winter when the kids are tired of being stuck inside the house.
