Christmas Eve. Pick up carry out time was for 5:45pm. Arrived on time, but was told TWICE to come back cause order wasnt ready. Finally at 6:20pm I parked and went inside to find out what the heck was going on. Place was understaffed with TWO employees and many customers waiting to pick up and looking confused. Was told at 6:30pm that my order couldnt be found and was likely wrongly given to another customer at the pick up window by the same employee that told me to come back twice. If it wasnt late on Christmas Eve with nothing else open I would have totally bailed. The two employees that were left were finally able to remake my pizzas OVER AN HOUR after my scheduled pick up time....but ran out of pan pizza so I was left with the thin pizza crust which I hate. Honestly, it was aweful. I wouldve been better off with a DiGiorno and that hour back in my life.

Poor service, and disrespectful staff, I waited over 45min and finally asked for a refund and a smart mouth kid younger than the three sons I have kept going back and forth with me when I asked him for a refund ignore me walking away and I finally said give me a manager so after about 10 minutes when I got loud a manager came I told her I wanted a refund I didnt want the food I just want to go and again he said something smart I told her she needed to talk to him and teach him proper customer service and how to do his job because Ive been sitting here over 45 minutes and he tells me a minute ago theyre putting my order in now...SMFH They lost my business and I guarantee once I get to talking they will lose a lot more!!!!!

Honestly they shouldnt even get one star. My experience at pizza hut at 630 nj 33 was awful! When I arrived I noticed there was only about 3 employees. But beside that I was extremely excited to try the new cheesy garlic knot pizza which I ordered and waited 1 1/2 hours for. I noticed all the customers that arrived after my family recieved all their food and we were still waiting which really ticked me off. Not to mention I heard the waiter say that the cook kept "skipping" our pizza. I waited way too long for that pizza ,I ended up walking out cause I lost interest. I honestly was better off making staying home and frozen pizza from walmart.

Pizza tastes just fine. however, the terrible customer service ruins this place. if anything, stick to delivery. carry out is a joke. you walk in, nobody acknowledges you, so you just stand there at the counter for a couple of minutes. pizzas are out of the ovens, just sitting at the end of the conveyer.. just waiting to be cut and boxed. idk what everyone is doing. the employees just walk around the kitchen. its weird because I used to work at a pizza place back in the day and I remember how it goes but we at least ACTED like we were busy. here-- they dont even bother lol.

Tasted Good! We ordered a pizza(built with original stuffed crust -large toasted Parmesan crust flavor, creamy garlic Parmesan - regular, extra cheese, Italian sausage-regular, fresh mushroom, fresh red onion, add extra cheese), the pizza order comes with a garlic bread. Both pizza and bread were so nice, soft inside and crispy outside. The garlic and cheese smells and tastes good. However, the service has room for improvement, maybe they were too busy, so forgot to bring us fork, knives and paper towel when the first order came. Overall, it was nice.

I wanted to dine in at this pizza hut. I had never been to an "Italian bistro" pizza hut before. Decoration at an Italian bistro is definitely nicer. When I walked in, my friend and I waited about 5 minutes by the Hosts podium to be seated. The 2 waiters just kept walking by not saying anything. Finally the "hostess" came to seat us. The Italian bistro had an abbreviated menu compared to the wing street pizza huts. I didnt see anything special there. The waiter was ok. Ive had better service at pizza huts with no hostess and less employees working.

Im really shocked at some of the other reviews. I have not had those problems with service in or out, on the contrary theyve been pretty much on point. The food is good, no complaints except for on occasion, when I get takeout they keep forgetting my soda. Ill mention also that one night I was there late and the guy that served me was extremely gracious for choosing them which I thought was nice.

Ordered delivery and it said it would take at most 40 mins. Its been an hour and 15 mins and when I called to check up on my order they said to wait ANOTHER 10 mins and if I still hadnt gotten it then he would find out where the driver was. Btw I live literally five mins away from this location. So I dont understand whats going on even if there are a couple of orders to deliver.

My brother is a truck driver and ended up with food poisoning after ordering a personal supreme pizza. Apparently the ingredients were spoiled. He ended up having to find another driver to take his load and missed out on money! Hope this place shuts down along with all the other Pizza Huts that no one goes to!

the service was terrible, the waitress never came until 10 minutes later, so she just kept us waiting there. we had to ask another waitress to get us a waitress for our table. then the lady came and said she was sorry. yea..right! so the service is terribele, but the pizza is good!

It was the worst pizza Ive ever had. It had a bunch of holes in the pizza and they never put enough cheese or sauce and never bake it properly its just the name Pizza Hut. The name should be horrible pizza. They really need to improve customer service also thank you very much

Order a pizza got there it was wrong pie. They placed another order for me and still gave me the wrong pie. The guy at the counter gave me no greeting he just asked what my name was and it pained him to form a full sentence. 2 stars because they let me keep the wrong pie.

Second time we have ordered and have had to wait over an hour for delivery. After running out of what we ordered and finally letting us know they said they were be here in 30 minutes almost an hour ago. I could have made my own pizza from scratch by now.

With all the bad reviews I feel a good one was in order.. We had a great meal this evening.. Our waiter AJ" I think his name was.. was great.. very friendly and on top of everything.. Place was clean staff was friendly.. Pizza was GREAT!!

Went in for the first time to order carry out. Walked up to the register where a girl was also working the window. After a few minutes of standing in front of her and her not even acknowledging I was there, I just left. Wont be going back.
