Pizza is good but there attitude is the WORST I have ever inconterd. Twice! I understand sometimes people have a bad day but I had to deal with this twice. The guy had an extremely rude and obnoxious attitude while taking the order. I call them when I get home after picking up my order because I order two large and 40, and one was clearly smaller then the other. The same guy starts yelling at me one the phone telling me Im wrong. When I call him back and I can hear him telling another costumer to suck his di*k. Its too bad you have to deal with people like that. The food is good but I will NEVER put up with that again. They lost a costumer for good and I will encourage all my friends and everyone I know to never do business with them. This was utterly ridiculous and completely unnecessary behavior.

Order, a medium cheese pizza and wings. Called after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. The person on the line told me if it didnt arrive in 10 minutes we would get half off. He did arrive 10 minutes later and had to call in the 50% off. The poor driver was receiving the brute force of the terrible communication. The food was decent, pizza was okay, but could get better from a gas station. The wings had been sitting in hot styrofoam wrapped in cling wrap for an hour, so they were less than decent. The person who ran the phones on 4/15/17 PLEASE just listen to the person on the phone, be more courteous and STOP hanging up on people. Wont be ordering from them again.

Not too friendly, almost like getting rushed when ordering over the phone. *But*, they make up for it ten fold by having great food that doesnt get delivered the following week like some places. Which to me is more important to have better quality food and service rather than be bubbly and cheerful. Where most places skimp out on little things to save costs, they dont. Finally great to be able to eat a bowl of pasta without having the plastic utensils bending in half! It may not seem much, but its the little things that make the difference. 10/10 Will order again

Loved the honey BBQ chargrilled wings, pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza, and the toasted cheese steak sub loaded with onions and mushrooms!!! EXCELLENT! Service was fast and staff friendly! The location is always clean...very impressed! Can feed your family without going broke! My kids friends just love the wings...chargrilled...so tasty and such a great flavor...if you are bored with regular chicken wings you will LOVE these! Great garlic knots and garlic pizza...I recommend The Italian Chef very highly...you wont be disappointed!!!

The wings are phenomenal, you can't get that char-grilled taste anywhere else in Utica, it is different from all the other pizza places, plus you can get the wings split- I usually get 1/2 honey bbq & 1/2 honey mustard. I really like their pizza because it is a little thicker than other places & not as greasy. I especially like the mushroom pizza because they are huge slices of mushrooms! They also have a facebook page that posts daily specials- can't beat that!

the food is decent (actually fairly good by utica standards) but employees/owners are horrible . employees hang up phone regularly when they dont feel like accepting phone orders. employees are rude when you go in to get food. these guys dont have greatest italian in america so im sorry their service outstinks the quality of the food and they have lost a customer ...its a shame too ill miss their cakes, and their pizza

Awful. Completely awful. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and had it delivered. $14 and an hour later I have a less than appealing wrap with only chicken and cheese and it wasnt even served with anything!
