Tried them twice... The first time I ate in. It took almost 15 minutes for me to get a cheesesteak and I was the only person in the shop. When it arrives its kinda light for a Philly area place but whatever... Complimentary bag of chips also So I give them another chance... This time its a take out over the phone... Now I get a very easy sandwich but I swear nobody ever gets it right the first time I order from them. I arrive 15 minutes after the order as I was told thats how long it would be, I arrive and there are about a dozen people in the front dining room and at least that many employees roaming around. The guy who was already paying for his food was blessed with every other person in the place being able to get the cashiers attention away from giving the guy his change... That only took 3 minutes... The next guy in line just wanted a can of soda... His transaction was no faster... Finally its my turn and as I get to the register he greets me and I told the guy I was picking up my order of fries and a hoagie someone interrupted him immediately with a soda request and he tended to their drink right away.... He comes back to me again and asks how he can help me.... I repeat myself to him again and he casually steps aside and another guy comes to the register and asks me how he can help me, Im beginning to see red, I repeat myself again and he goes over to a table thats not heated or cooled and gets my order.... All of this while at least 5 employees stood there with their teeth in their mouth... I pay... I leave. In my apartment I open the bag thats not really closed to begin with and my sandwich isnt cold and my fries are wet from sweating in the plastic container.... As I eat the sandwich I smell the old meats and lettuce he used and instead of punishing myself further with returning to the store I decided to never give him another cent

Very disappointing. We ordered a pizza with only Mozzarella cheese (no Parmesan) - and the waitress brought us a pizza with NO cheese. We told her this wasnt what we ordered, and she blamed us saying we told her no cheese. After she rudely talked back to us, she went to put the order in again. After waiting another 15minutes, she brought out a pizza with Parmesan cheese!!! We were so offended we paid and left (yes, they took the pizza off of our bill, but made us pay for the appetizer and drinks that we ordered.) We were very insulted, and confused, at how any Italian restaurant hires employees who dont understand the difference between Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese?

Not so thrilled our second time around. First we waited quite a bit of time to receive our order. Paid a lot of money ($28) for two salads (chef and a side salad), one order of over cooked mozzarella sticks and two fountain sodas. My salad had lettuce, two black olives, two small tomato wedges thats it. Chef salad was the same with the addition of some sliced lunch meat. Unfortunately when we are in the area again we will try another pizzeria. Dont mind paying $ for quality and quantity. I do mind paying high prices for less than average food.

We had a slice each of margherita, pepperoni, veggie, and meat lovers. They were all delicious. This is now my favorite margarita in the area. We did have to ask for the deep dish slices to be heated better because they were cold in the centers. But I still give it 5 stars!

I been in there many times and loved it. The waiters are so friendly and nice to me and my friends. In my opinion they have the best pizza around. I would definitely go there again!!

Always enjoy the food. Staff always accommodating and friendly. Did take out today and no one was disappointed - Chicken Vesuvio is one of the favorites along baked manicotti!
