I really do enjoy this place but I just order food from them and my total came out to $28.90. I paid with a credit card. I get text alerts whenever my card is used, and it said I had a transaction for $34.68 from this restaurant. I called them to see why I had two different amounts and the lady acted like I was lying. She didnt give me a valid explanation why. And that she only charged me $28.90. And I still gave the driver a tip, its not like they took the tip out of my card which would be shown on the establishment receipt... I know its only a couple of dollars but thats not the point. We as Customer trust establishments with out credit cards info and dont expect to be over charged and then make is feel like we are wrong. So if you pay with cards please check your receipts and bank transactions. Im pretty sure this isnt the first time for me or any one else they done this to! Just so disappointed with this place. Now tomorrow I have to go up there and argue with these people.

I had to come here and write a proper review for this place. CLEANEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA (Ive lived here for about 6 years and tried several restaurants). I ordered food from here yesterday and they do a great job, The food looks clean, tastes fresh and feels cared for, is not like those other restaurants where the yellow rice is a shade of brown and it tastes like its been sitting for a while. The food is so fresh here in fact, that today I ate my left overs and they tasted like my food yesterday. WOW, never really had that before in Chinese food. Just wanna say keep up the good work. I will definitely keep ordering from them. Once I tried their food I really dont trust any of the other Chinese restaurants I had eaten in the past, the level of cleanliness in every aspect of this restaurant is truly remarkable.

I ordered food from here a week ago to be delivered at my job at home depot I ordered extra crispy chicken wings I got tiny dried out wings that were cooked too long, I got a delivery driver some old guy who yelled at me over the phone because he cannot comprehend how long it takes a person to walk from one side of a store to another they had my name they could have came to me by simply asking, I will go to bejing house from now on they make better food and cook it infront of you.

Not sure why some people are rating this restaurant so low, but I absolutely love this place. Ive had no problems with any payment problems. Last time they accidentally charged me extra, and I didnt even notice, but they called me and told me and refunded the extra charged amount. Some people complain of not delivering to their place, that is a ridiculous reason to rate this restaurant lowly because you cant simply expect everyone to deliver to your house.

I always order from here and I am usually very happy with my food...tonight I ordered and got cold and old nasty food. Called and asked for new freash food to be delivered and she basically told me to eat it and it was a hour and a half wait for new food...I think she thought I was going to say never mind but I didnt because the food was unedabale ...now waiting for new food which should have came in better shape than it did...

Not sure what the food is like at this place because when I called for a delivery they said North Utica is too far to deliver to. Thats kind of ridiculous in my opinion because they are on Genessee street in Utica. If you have a restaurant that delivers in a city you should deliver to all areas of that city especially because Utica isnt even that big.

Hands down the best Chinese place out around! Im a big fan of Chinese food and I can probably say that I have tried every single Chinese restaurant in the area! (ok, there may be a couple based on location I have not gotten to) But every single time I get Grand Harmony-- I am never disappointed! I never regret it!

Not happy with this place at all! I was enjoying my food and I examined (like I always do Chinese) I noticed there to be maggot larva all over my ribs, now Im stuck in the bathroom & on the phone with the better business bureau. I will be suing & getting them shut down!

this place is prob best chinese takeout place in utica area with exception to the place in clinton(to far away for me). People complain to much, youre talking about a $5somthing lunch combo acting like it should be somthing high resturant quality.

Chicken was not spicy or tasty. Nothing special tasted like it was just covered in soy sauce. Wonton app was iffy. Not to clean inside but I have yet to find a Chinese place that is.
