Naked Chef is changing the meal prep industry for the better. Defined with a fine selection of produce, meats and fish thats all wild caught, natural, and /or organic the menu contains a solid variety to chose from. Portion control, measured macros, its all part of the awesome process one will experience. The most important factors are the competitive pricing, freshness, and the packing and delivery side. Noone can touch they way Naked Chef is running meal prep! Highly recommend trying a month before making a decision because I guarantee youll pull the trigger after that.

With a very busy schedule, sometimes working 7 days a week, the idea of ordering the meal prep came to my mind, but I was a little worried that the food wouldnt have much taste. I Ordered for only half the week the first time and deeply regretted not ordering for the full week. Food is always fresh and seasoned to perfection. Thank you for making dieting so much easier.
