When I arrived, I was treated very nicely. I ordered the Chicken Shish Ka Bobs, waited approximately 10 minutes, paid for my order and left. When I arrived home, I found out that they gave me the wrong order. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was informed that I was speaking to the owner. I explained the situation and he got irritated. He treated me very disrespectfully and when I asked him why he was acting the way he was, he stated that "He was busy and he didnt have time to deal with this". I was a bit shocked to see the owner treating a paid customer that way. I will never step foot in that establishment again and will ensure that everyone I know understands how they treat customers. I should have gone to WaWa. *******EDIT********** After going back to get a refund on principle alone, I noticed that even the tip was voided. I went back in, gave the waitress the tip I originally gave and told the owner that she didnt deserve to lose her tip because of his attitude. He said that it didnt matter because the cost of that meal was coming out of her paycheck. I asked why she was being punished for his lack of service. He told me that it was store policy. I told him that if he would have been courteous in the first place, I probably would have just wrote it off and would not have even bothered making the trip back up there for a refund and that I was only back there because of the way that he treated me. He said it didnt matter. I walked back over to the waitress and offered her $10 more(almost covered the meal, but it was all the cash that I had on me). She refused but I insisted, telling her that she shouldnt have to pay for the owners serious lack of respect. She eventually accepted and I told the owner that he could take a lesson or two on how to treat customers. Please, please do not step foot in this establishment. And yes, I did go to WaWa for a sandwich, that was made to my specifications with a smile.

I ordered Chipped Beef on toast and it had a sour taste. I told the waitress immediately and had only eaten a bite. She said she would take it back and bring me something else so i asked for an omelette. My friend and son were eating eggs and there food tasted fine. The owner refused to allow me to change my order and insisted there was nothing wrong with my food. He wanted me to pay for it even though i sent it back un eaten. I had eaten at this resturant before and never had a problem with the food or service. I do not typically complain about food but there was something seriously wrong with the Chipped Beef. I sat there with no food while my son and friend finished there meals and paid so we could leave. This was supposed to be a fun get together with a friend but the owners attitude and sour food ruined it.

Worst counter service in Pinelands. Waited for a menu, tea serviced without lemon and tea bag in cup with water not the pot of hot water. Staff stood at the end of the counter talking about being sick, schedule and more. Never did ask for my order. $3.00 for a cup of tea including tip that I couldnt drink. Will never return or should anyone else.

Consistent problem with the cook getting a simple breakfast request correct. Today was downright disrespectful - acknowledged request and blatantly ignored it! Broken light fixture over counter nor repaired for many months. Complaint at register and advisory that I would never come back elicited a response of basically "okay."

I got into the diner and was seated like normal. I got to my seat at 1804 and left the diner at 1820. I left because I was not acknowledged. They didnt even take my drink order. The waiter that was working the area went to a table across from me twice and the table behind me twice. And still didnt ask me for my drink ordee.

The service is great, the food is great and the prices are very reasonable. The portions are very big, so if you order a burger (recomended) it will take you 2 sittings to eat it. It is definantly a nice place to eat. Enjoy!

Although the pizza is quite good, it is not worth dealing with the horrible customer service the owner deals out. I refuse to give business to a person with such poor customer service, I recommend you all do the same.

Was there for breakfast. Server was excellent, food came out hot and the place was very clean. If they did not keep the dirty dishes cart in the middle of the dining room I would have rated them 4 stars instead.

The only thing I like was the service I just wished the food tasted the same. The omelette looked like something I would make in my kitchen and the short stack of pancakes tasted like cardboard.

I still frequent this diner. But certain things on the menu are overpriced. I bought a breakfast sandwich with no potatoes that costs me more than a Mcdonalds full breakfast...

The service was beautiful? I had Victoria and she took care of me. I had the Prime Rib and it was huge and delicious. I can truly say the best Prime Rib Ive had to date.
