As me and my family entered the diner, I asked for a table for 3 , the lady at the cash register turned her head as soon as I started to request the table, to speak to someone else- then eventually turned her focus onto us. Even though this striked me as being plain rude, I just repeated the request. We followed her to a table and she threw the menus down and walked away : nothing was said - we didnt get a " your waitress will be out shortly " NOTHING ! The wait was not long which I appreciated but the food... the food was just given to us any kind of way!! I was not impressed by the customer service that was displayed or the food. I mean come on they both cant be terrible at the same time! I expressed to my waitress ( she never introduced herself) that I was unhappy and she got a little snippy with me and said " well what do you want me to do about it". Its not what you say, its how you say it!!!! Right there, that was enough for me ! I told my husband and son we were leaving that instant - food left on our plates and everything. This diner is very local but I guess Ill be cooking at home from now on.

Upon my arrival, even though the establishment was about to close, a waitress named Valarie assured me that it was no trouble at all. She didnt rush me through ordering. She was very attentive to my needs and my sons. The drinks were always topped off. The food service was fast. The place was pretty clean and looked well maintained. As everyone else was leaving she said dont worry there was no rush. She just wanted us to enjoy our meals. Then reminded us not to forget the desert! Saving the best for last! Because of how she made me feel like a top priority I will be sure to go there again. As you know word of mouth travels fast. I plan on only speaking all great things. I will especially recommend my server Valarie!

A 3 star review isnt an insult or a slight, its an opinion...another review called this place "cozy", which is code for claustrophobic. When you walk in, youre funneled into an entrance way thats barely one person wide and the register is right there. Poor placement for sure. The space is very limited and the prices slightly more than other area diners. Waitress was very nice and professional and its a cash only business. Simply many better reasonable priced options in the area.

Having a table by one of the outer walls; during this time of year makes it difficult. There was a draft, making it hard to actually "enjoy" my experience there, the food is good; but you can make the same thing on your own at home, and the coffee isnt "all that", again you can make better coffee at home, with that said, its in the parking lot ACROSS from a Dunkin Donuts; diagonal from a star bucks. BUSINESS: location, location, location... time to pick an new one.

Classic diner operation, with some nice personal touches by the owner. Its focus is on traditional diner food. Dont come if you want fair trade hipster coffee beans warmed by rainbows and organic steel tip oats ground by unicorn hooves, this isnt your place. Of special note, they make their own Greek yogurt which is thick and creamy, and not sour like some commercial brands, served with fresh blueberries, strawberries, bits of walnut and topped with honey.

Today I ordered 3eggs omelette with peppers&onions and spinach. I didnt get an omelette and the spinach was REALLY cold and wet . When I told the waitress Lisa she asked, do You want something else? And walked away . The manager told me she will not take the item off because she didnt know about it until now. I am a chef and work for compass group I have never seen anything like that.

First off..only cash..which still strikes me as odd in this age of credit cards. This place has a homey, neighborhood feel. This family owned establishment is incredibly friendly. The food is of good quality and very reasonably priced. Ive eaten here about 10 times and I never had a bad meal. The portions are large. I will continue to meet my friends here for a laid back, good meal.

They are so racist here!! My grandmother always orders food from here and i go in and get it for her and theyll completely disregard me. Theyll take other customers before they take me theyre just overall rude. This also has happend to me on more than one occasion. Dont waste your money here, especially if youre colored.

Went for the first time today and it was great! Perfectly prepared eggs over easy served on a warmed plate. My breakfast sausage was the best and my wifes bacon was nice and crispy. Homefries were super. Prices were reasonable and the service was friendly and fast. We will be back!

Old school kind of diner. Would call it vintage. Good food, good price, good service. Neither quiet nor cozy but is comfortable and lively. Had a lunch there recently and could have a conversation but had to speak up. Worth Experiencing.

Best french toast ive ever had. Staff is friendly, and even though the place is tiny inside, its laid out perfectly to maximize seating without making you feel cramped. Had to knock a star off because they dont take credit cards.

I go here for breakfast a lot everything is good and the service is great. Always service with a smile! Since the new owners took over as far as i can tell nothing has changed. Same food and employees. Still a good place to eat!
