Both times Ive been here I had decent experience. Its defiantly one of the better diners near Burlington. I like the fact that the owner talks to people. Hes nice. The food is okay, the onion rings have this odd batter that they put on them thats kinda sweet. It was okay with the sweetness, but the onions in the ring were super odd. In one bite youd consume the entire onion in the ring. Which was the only real disappointing thing with the rings. I ordered French Onion Soup, that was actually pretty good! I really enjoyed it. My sister ordered it too and enjoyed it as well. My mom ordered egg plant parm. She enjoyed, though, she thought it wasnt as good as it couldve been. I tasted some, it was alright and I could see why she didnt care for it. I mean you shouldnt take what I said about the eggplant considering I dont like eggplant. My father ordered shrimp parm. He said it was good, and he did like the fact it had no fishy taste. We also had a salad. It was pretty good, lettuce was juicy despite the fact there were some pieces that had a little bit of rust on them. Which means it might not be so fresh. We got a special which apparently includes dessert. So we got chocolate pudding, it was pretty good, I dont know if they make it themselves or just use store-bought pudding. They give you the option of whipped cream. We got whipped cream. Service was pretty fast due to not being busy. Although they only have three servers and a guy at the register. It is a small diner, so I get the fact they lack servers and staff. Our server was very persistent with refills. He asked if we needed them when they got low. Which was helpful. The place wasnt exactly very sanitary. Especially the bathrooms. The sink was full of rust and some dirt, there was some odd liquid on the floor. (Water or pee). And there was only one stall. The stall was long it couldve fit two stalls. The bathrooms were in this odd hallway. Which led to the bathrooms. There was a pitiful smell in the hallway and in the bathrooms. I couldnt tell if it was just a gunk smell or weird sanitizing spray. Either way, it was disgusting. I like that they have lollipops that they give out at the end. Anyway, I took a family vote on how I should rate this place, we took a vote and four stars was good enough, I just pointed out some pros and cons about the place. Anyway, its nothing to write home about, but its not terrible.

Stopped for late lunch after a very long day at Renfair. The menu is extensive and all of us had something different. The petitions dinners are great, ton of food , soup to dessert for a smaller price. A lot of homemade items that are great. But the best thing about this diner is the service. Our waitress was the best I have ever had, which is amazing because Im 60, former waitress and she was relatively young. We had a table of 9, ages 5 to 60 and everyone was happy. That never happens. My only issue is that Im upset with myself for not remembering her name. Do yourself a favor and eat at this diner, you wont be disappointed.

Quiet diner on 130 not far from the Turnpike PA extension exit. Good as diners go, but our main draw is to get the Cream of Chicken and Rice soup on Saturdays. Sometimes, when were having guests or on a cold Saturday in winter, well bring a crock pot and tell em to fill er up. If Cheers were a diner instead of a bar, and you turned the volume way down, it would be the Liberty 2. Everyone seems to know everyone, and the regulars are plentiful.

Local, small diner. Translation: dated interior but thats about ther only negative. Food was fresh, even the salad, nothing wilted or questionable. Very cold lettuce which was a surprise. Very friendly server. Basic diner menu, great specials and generous portions. Its a nice local family friendly place for a quick dinner or breakfast when youre not in the mood to cook.

Liberty II on Rt 130 just south of Bordentown is a wonderful family-owned diner. The meals are plentiful and delicious, yet fairly (or cheaply) priced. The establishment is usually fairly quiet and peaceful. This is not top pick for a restaurant; it is a top pick for a diner, and I often will drive past the other local diners to go to Liberty II.

Service is slow, but they have awesome beef vegetable soup and the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had! They offer a kids menu and have discounts through the entertainment book website and valpak.

Food really wasnt that great. My family lives in the area and likes eating here, but after being sorely dissapointed twice I now ask them to choose a different diner when they invite me out to eat.

From the looks outside it was much better than expected inside. Roomy and clean. Food and service was good and plentiful. Only complaint is the junk cars and all in back truck parking area.
