Service: 5 star Food: 4.5 star Freshness & quality: 5 star I was looking for something to eat, after visiting the mall at Rockingham, and came across this sweet spot, and I was not disappointed. Ordered: chicken Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi, Shrimp Pakora, Garlic Naan, Shrimp Pakora: This was the highlight for me, not only was it so fresh and tasty, but the batter that it was dunked in before frying was perfect, with the right amount of crunch (outside) and juiciness (inside) even the shrimp was so so fresh and full of flavor... The mint chutney came as a bonus it added a lot to the complexity of the flavors. I will talk about this dish for a very long time! Chicken Tikka Masala: The dish comes on a little candle to keep it hot, oh! And talking about hotness, my friend ordered it between mild and medium, and even with tears in her eyes she still continued eating it... It was one of the most joyous, yet painfully ironic moments in my life! I saw sheer commitment! The tears of joy didnt dry out, till the plate was wiped clean. My opinion on the dish: it was authentic, very fresh, including the chicken, high quality ingredients, full of flavor, filling... But I personally wouldnt order it again, mainly because it was too heavy, and the flavors resembled my moms food too much. Garlic Naan: My only problem here is that I had better Naan! and that spoiled me. not that their Naan was not fresh, or that it lacked in flavor, the opposite it was really yummy, and Ill probably order it again next time, but it wasnt world class when it comes to the crunch! Im just stating my honest opinion, Im not complaining... Mango Lassi: It was really fresh, and I thought that the mango gave it a really good balance. All in all, for me, its worth a detour for the shrimp pakora! And what I liked the most about this place was how fresh everything was! I know they could of cheated here and there, its Salem, new Hampshire for crying out loud, its not like a metropolis, or a food destination. But they still kept true to their colors, and for that they deserve a five star. * they have a buffet on weekends, Fri-sat-sun from 11:30 - 2:30pm for $11

My wife and I have been to the Kashmir twice now with our son and his fiance, and it has been excellent each time. The food is delicious! I had the medium spicy tandoor mixed grill and my wife had a mildly spicy dish of chicken with rice, cashews and spinich. She was very happy. The kids enjoyed lamb dish and vegetarian dishes. We also enjoyed a couple of appetizers - one was a potato patty over lettuce with a tasty green sauce. We also had garlic filled naan bread with our meals. If you have never tried Indian food, you should try Kashmir. The service is very attentive and the food is delicious. Im ready to go back.

We only started coming here within the past 6 months or so, but weve been at least 10 times, and we basically never go out to eat. This place was my first experience with Indian food, and we came here on a whim. The thing that made me decide to check it out is the fact that this place had been here at least a decade, while restaurants around it have popped up and died off year after year. The food is served in warmers so it stays hot, everything is obviously hand made, the ambiance is inviting. All around awesome place.

Ive struggled to find a local restaurant serving authentic Indian food but this place is great! Its by far, the best one around here. Waiters are friendly. Decor is OK but needs some work on the ambience. Car parking is a problem but maybe this was due to the snow. I ordered the meat samosa, chicken tikka jalfrezi (not on the menu) and chapati. All were fresh tasting and tasty. The hot-spiced is about that of a Madras. Kingfisher, to be expected. Pricing is OK but not cheap.

Food is great! I cant speak for authentic because I just wouldnt truly know but it taste as such. Staff is always friends and inviting. Plates are big enough to share if youre not big eaters. Best app- the samosa chaat Entree- if you like heat any vindaloo ..and the chicken Tikka Masala is a great item and first meal if youre new to Indian food. We usually get the mango lassie. Prices are mid range but worth it.

Beware of owner, he charge you adult price for kids buffet. My son is 8 year old had one curry out of my plate and owner told me, "I am running a business so I have to charge you full adult buffet price". I dont mind paying kids buffet, but instead he charged me full adult buffet price. Also, owner is not very friendly with customer, very arrogant. Although food was good but they dont know how to treat customers.

Best Indian Food North of Boston! No place is perfect, but if you looking for Amazing Indian food that is near perfect this place is just that. Excellent Quality Chicken and Ingredients, good size portions. The best Korma, Tikka Masala and Naan. Highly Recommend the Kashmir Naan if you like coconut. Order food mild if you like it less hot as well. Been going here for years now, consistent and delicious.

Good is mediocre and owner/management are rude as hell, cheap and will rip you off if you dont pay attention. I got delivery, they got my order wrong, fogot my drink and I STILL tipped the guy yet they refuse to deliver stating the guy felt the tip was not enough and he was afraid to slip on the snow ( walkway was clear ) Cheap, Rude, TERRIBLE Customer Service.Plus, The Food Is So So! Go ANYWHERE but here!

Kashmir is one of the best Indian Food Restaurants north of Boston if not the best. I have eaten in Nashuas south end by the Pheasant lane mall which was bad and eaten in Boston which was very good, but Kashmirs food is fresh well cooked ingredients that is a must go to if you are in the area. Highly recommend the chicken Korma Nann and Tika Masala! This place is a gem. I usually order take or delivery.

What fabulous food! I lived in India for several years and Im always on the lookout for good Indian food - thats not easy in the US. This place is excellent! Although the decor is dull, the food more than makes up for it: the tandoor was beautifully juicy and the Vindalloo had that wonderful aromatic flavour that only comes from freshly-ground spices. I look forward to visiting again :)

Dont judge a book by its cover. When we saw the outside we hoped we hadnt made a mistake. But the food here is great! They also do a very good job of catering to your tastes for spices. Three of the four dishes we tried came with options of mild, medium, or high spice. Service was great and the atmosphere is very nice and tastefully done as well. All in all it was a great experience.
