So this rating isnt a one time try rating, we have ordered from them 3 times. First there isnt any help behind the counter so the wait time for food is not 15 min or wat you hear all the time from behind the counter "5 more min". The person running the places refuses to write down orders as she has given my food (more then one occasion) to other customers (and i had to hear 5 more min 7 more times cuz she didnt want to admit it until she finished making it a second time). Last no consistency to the meals, if you order a beef shwarma,plenty of meat in it, but order a lamb but barely any lamb. Order a Brazilian plate and first time I understand normal plate, order again now beans have changed, order it a third time give 2 pieces of steak which is small as hell n now changed te rice n now no beans. Few things, shorten your menu as you cant keep it consistent, hire actual front end staff and cooks (speeds up cook time and front end issues), write down orders even if there small so you can stop asking customers what they ordered. And stop saying 5 more mins when its not even close. Set dishes right as if they ordered it that way last time then they expect the same thing. Change or fail, your choice but your customers come first.

Im Jamaican and came to work in Lowell and ran into the owner who told me she makes Jerk in her restaurant I thought yeah another non Jamaican who thinks she knows how to make Jerk Chicken. Well turned out that she indeed makes one of the best Jerk!! I brought my whole family here. We love the Rice n Peas or Curry Chicken even the wraps are very flavorful. Hands up to this place.

we got a catering order from Its a wrap and once again they exceeded our expectations. very friendly and professional service. the servers and the cook were very interactive and attentionate. we ordered the fire roasted chicken quesadillas and beef burritos and bunch of empanadas. they through in complimentary spanish rice and salad. Thank you its a wrap for your great service.

Eaten here twice in the past food was okay; mostly over fried inauthentic middle eastern food. Today I wait in the parking lot for them to open at noon past noon not open then told I need to move from their parking. Didnt ask if I was coming in assumed I was there for the hookah shop. Sir youre extremely and assumed very rude and will NEVER eat there again.
