Ordered over the phone, and what an ordeal. Seems like they picked the person with the worst english language skills to tend to the phones. After that we drove to the restaurant only to be treated very rudely. There was no sense of customer service whatsoever. I am surprised anyone would go back the way they talk to customers. There are no prices on the menu, kinda weird. The guy at the counter was arguing with me that mutton is goat! I tried to tell him that we ordered mutton biryani and not goat biryani. He was getting rude and just said what do you want to do". The apps were mediocre at best and the biryani was below par. I have been to the Paradise Biryani location is Westorough, MA. That place is way better, and that is what I thought I was going to get here. After coming home and looking at what they charged me, I compared it to the menu prices on the Westborough, MA locations website. The same order would be $15 cheaper there! So that explains why the norwood location does not post prices, must be nice to able to cheat on prices. Needless to say, never going back to this location.

Experience is NOT good. I will give you negative rating, but we dont have option. Food taste is NOT good. Gobi manchuria, food is NOT cooked well and too much of sauce. Taste wise, worst taste, which i never had it. Dont order Egg biryani, which is worst. Paradise (norwood) egg biryani = Veg Biryani (pulav) + boiled egg. They simply gave me veg biryani (pulav) and eggs on top of it. If i know it, earlier, i would boil the eggs in my home :) . Taste also NOT good. You will not sea any curry in EGG biryani. Chicken Biryani: you will find only TWO chicken pieces in biryani. In my entire order, Raita (which u get free) is only one is good in taste wise. Price is too expensive. Taste wise too BAD. No comparison, between price Vs Taste. I wong go next time and wont recommend.

Visited this place on Sunday afternoon for Lunch. We waited for 10 mins to get a place(place was there empty but was not cleaned). Once we got the seat, we had to wait for another 10 minutes for someone to come and serve water( I had to ask for it) and Menu. The order taking was quick and then ONLY waiting for food to Arrive. It took 30 minutes to bring our food. Most of people on other tables were also waiting for their orders. We has ordered Paneer 65 and Biryani both Veg and Chicken. Biryani was OK both chicken, Paneer 65 was Good. Ambiance is Good. Food depends on what you order. Price is slightly higher than at other Indian restaurants. Service is the MAIN factor and I was quiet disappointed by it.

The restaurant had only one large table of patrons, no one else and it took about 40 minutes for my take out to be prepared, I didnt order anything fancy. I had paneer palak and chicken tikka. I paid $7 for two samosas that were meh and $4 for one naan (I ordered plain, they gave me garlic). My whole take out was over $40. Small portions, big prices. The main dishes were okay, but nothing that would make me come back and pay these high prices. One high note, the staff were polite, since this is a new place, I dont think they have the "routine" down yet.

Worst experience ever !! Horrible management and people who work are terrible . Even though it says it is open till 12 am midnight . They dont even response even if you make it at 9 30 pm. Manger or the person who worked there acted like as though he was giving away free food . Even after 15 mins of standing to be seated no one responded . No idea to how this place has good ratings when the so called restaurant has no intension for serving people food.

No other restaurant can beat the yummy food of this place. I have tried at least 50 places in Boston area but this one is the best. My wife started eating goat meat because of their yummy goat curry. Whatever you order it is always yummy. If you ask for catering they take care of food like family, I still remember the owner Madhu has given us the stuff to keep the food warm free of cost. Very nice people very nice food. Love it

I went there for lunch and ordered for a veg and a CB. The order came on time and food was okay. However I give 2 stars for poor customer service. I had asked the waiter for a cup of water for our 3 year old (twice) but nothing. I can understand if the restaurant was busy but there was hardly anybody at the time. Overall I did not get a good vibe at this place but food was good. Please get your act together before its too late.

This is the best authentic Indian I have had in Massachusetts. No need to customize the spiciness to satiate Indian flavor. Medium spicy will serve the best. The service was very efficient as well and hot food was served in no time. We tried Chilli Gobhi, Paneer Tikka Masala, Kofta and Biryani and everything was delicious. We drove 20 miles to try this place and it was totally worth it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They could have just told its closed, instead the middle aged guy in his 40s or maybe 50s wearing glasses ( not sure if he is the owner ) told us to wait 40mins when there are 3 tables available. He was just not interested to allow anyone inside. Never seen such a rude person with zero customer service skills. Wish the management takes this seriously.

Ambience and Hygiene: Three Stars***** Food Taste and Hospitality: Five Stars***** Parking Availability and Staff Co-ordination: Five Stars***** Restaurant Sound Level and Overall Prices: Two Starts***** Apart of prices of the food items and a little bit raised sound level, this is a must visit destination for an each and every Indian Cuisine lover! Thumbs up!

Pathetic customer service. Only 2 servers for around 15 tables. They need 20 mins to take orders and takes forever to serve food. We had got only 1 item after waiting for 1 hour. Never visit this place. Even the food quality is not good. Rather stay hungry than visiting this place. Worst Indian restaurant in the neighneighborhood.

First this is a franchisee, not owned store. Very expensive. Great taste - matches the actual biryani and gives you options for how spicy. Ridiculously low quantity as compared to actual Paradise in Hyderabad (we ordered take away). Location is Out of the city. Friendly staff. Unrushed. Free Parking. A little box-y ambience.

i have been to the restaurant multiple times as its the only decent restaurant close by. The biryanis are good, the curries lacks the complete indian touch, ambience is good but service during evenings are a mood spoiler. A good place to get indian food especially for take away :)

Ordered mild spicy gravy but still it was way too spicy. Tasty food, but wish the spice level was less. Service is excruciatingly slow, had to wait for about 40min before food was served, with 2 kids waiting!. Service could be way better, checking water at tables, cheque, etc.

we wanted to try goat biryani....an we ended with a awesome experience. We decided to sit at the bar for our visit. The bartender was great, he made a few recommendations which were very good. Drinks were good. Overall, we had a nice time, I will defiantly return for dinner .
