The times I usually go to this restaurant is always slow. It is great to be able to be seated right away. The servers dont need to do as much since the cups for drinks are gigantic. This is nice since you wont need refills too often. The food is mediocre. There is a standard for budget food I hold personally, and its not bad. I do like that they offer appetizers and dessert. Youll be able to consume a full course meal at this restaurant. The place itself seems out dated along with the music they play. Overall, food is okay, servers are okay, atmosphere needs renovation. Price is the best part about this place. You get to do AYCE for a cheap price.

I dont know whether to be angry at this so called "chinese" restaurant or the regulars that eat at this place that still keep it in business! Everything tastes microwaved! I dont know what Im eating because nothing is labeled. I asked an employee, "this orange chicken doesnt taste like orange chicken" his response was "its not orange chicken...its general chicken" WTF is general chicken?! Then theres the beef, if you wanna call it that. It was still ice cold! Dont let me forget the second hand clothes that was displayed for sale at the checkout register! F. U. If you continue to decide to eat this place!

Delivery service was very bad, Neither napkins nor even a plastic fork was provided. I asked for receipt but the delivery man rudely refused to give any receipt and said "No receipt!" angrily and turned his back without even listening to me. I called their number and spoke to the supposed to be manager to tell her why there was no receipt but she did not even listen to me. She kept on talking angrily. My point is: selling something without giving a receipt is not legally right. More so, they have very, very rude staff!

over the last 10 years been going at least twice per month at lunch time. great tasty choices and variety for the price. something new I tried -- my fiance and I arranged a month ago to have my to-be step-daughters 18th birthday party there - they have a nice party room, and 35 of us attended; family, relatives, NLCC church and McQ high school friends attended - dinner selections were great.. and even more than lunch... .. yum! Ping and her team are great. thank you. thank you. well be back definitely..

The food tasted really great, however only two dishes on the buffet were even remotely warm. My salad was warmer than a few foods. Even when fresh food was brought out, it was still cool to the touch. The prices were decent, and the service was quick and attentive. The building is a little away from the center of Reno and away from all the traffic. The decor was muted and relaxing, with mirrored walls and open front windows making it seem larger and more spacious.

This is an interesting place. The food wasnt bad at all, but I was concerned that there was an employee preparing dumplings out in the seating area while she was watching TV. Food preparation should be limited to the kitchen. The food wasnt bad or as bad as other reviews have noted. I wouldnt drive across town to go here, but if youre in the area. We did have a buy on and get half off coupon, so it brought the price down a bit.

Had got a coupon in the mail for half off when u buy one full price buffet. It was over all ok there was a language barrier when asking about the wine and beer which I ended up just getting pepsi. The chicken tasted great but the seafood I was worried to try. The chow mein tasted odd and the boiled dumping I dont think was fully cooked. I probably wont go back but it was ok for a cheap buffet.

I normally give a place with bad reviews the benefit of the doubt and try it out for myself. This time, however, the reviews werent harsh enough. Im surprised the Board of Health hasnt rated this buffet appropriately and forced it to comply with safer health standards. A waste of my money and time and a risk to my health. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else.

Hate this place its so discussing. Only been there 3 time and all those time i have found thing in my food metal hair plastic super gross i will never go again the food is also cold the spoons forks and plates are not cleaned right its also expensive for the nasty food they make. I really dont recommend this place at all. And the service is horrible

This place is very dirty. Food taste like it was cooked from three days and they continue to serve it to customers. All of the employees have staring problems and very rude, they speak louder in their language. The chefs looks sweaty like animals and they dont smile to customers. Please folks dont waste your money in this place.

The food was delicious and I was surprised at the selection of food. Their sushi selection was small, but still good. We did, however, have trouble figuring out if we were supposed to get our own drinks or not. The waitress eventually filled them for us, but seemed as if she was doing us a favor. Otherwise, Id recommend it!

Worst food ever. Most of it was cold. Tasted really bad and no flavor. Health department needs to check this place out. Asked about more food on the buffet the guys looks at me and shrugs like what ever. Come out with more food later high as a kite almost dumping the food on the floor. Stay away.

Went there for the first time. The place was clean, but the floors were sticky enough that my flip flops stuck to the tile by the food. Steamer trays werent sealed very well so any time you reached for food you had to go through a curtain of steam. Food was tasty.

UPDATE: Food made me so sick. Still recovering a day later. Do not eat here. I just ordered delivery. Quick delivery but food was nothing special. It was all just pretty, meh.
