Good food, good price, quick service, Ive only eaten there a few times since they opened this new store but I like the more cleaner modern look and style. Though I shouldnt call it new since I think its been there about 7 years now but it is nice to see newer cleaner fast food restaurants. Ive been to different branches of various fast food places in New England and some of them look old and run down. Even though I do miss the old style buildings some of them seem a little dirty which turns me off from eating there. So I appreciate seeing owners take pride in keeping their buildings modern and clean. I also like their location because I use a lot of services in that area.

Always getting my breakfast wrong and has definately gotten my lunch wrong before. People are friendly but like any other fast food place, if you expect your order to be right do NOT eat here. All these places hire morons thats cannot do their job right. They need to start hiring people with a brain for once in their life. Im tired of my meal being ruined and wasting gas to go back to these places so they can corrsct their mistakes, sometimea numerous times in a row! I mean really, I know your ALL about the money but how about the customers that eat your food, we dont matter? GET THE ORDERS RIGHT, USE YOUR BRAIN!!!

I was there during the late afternoon today (8/7/14) and witnessed a male employee being rude and mean to one of the female employees. It was disturbing and should not be accepted; immediately addressed by management. It seems like a "hostile work environment" to me, which is definitely illegal! I wonder if this person is like this to other co-workers. Other that incident, my food was good; but witnessing what I did was a turn-off. I would have given a higher rating had it not been for that employee.

It is what it is. You can always rely on a giant fast food chain to have what has always been on the menu. On that same token, you can always rely on the food to be exactly what it is, its not 5 star its a burger and fries. That said, the staff at the Union Street franchise in Bangor, are ALWAYS courteous, attentive, and fast, no matter how busy they are, and thats something to be admired in the world of slow-moving apathetic fast food chains.

Dont take the rating the wrong way I personally think burger kings food tastes burnt. The place is in a great location, they are rather quick and Im sure some would prefer their taste in food the way they prepare it. But they are centered around some better options in this area.

Everything has obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Disgusting. I asked for fresh onion rings since that is why I come here....they took my old ones and threw them back in the fryer. Employees are too busy smoking out back to care.
