When entering our first impression was that it was EXTREMELY Dirty. The cashier could barely speak English, let alone understand it. The cashier wasnt knowledgeable about their menu. When asked questions he became flustered and sarcastic and began speaking in Spanish. We are fluent in Spanish and understood all that was said. We witnessed the cashier speaking to the food prep associates, which made us very uneasy about eating at this establishment. It took forever to get our food and once received it was cold and it wasnt even busy. For being in the area that its in we expected better customer service. Oh not to mention we got sick after eating our food. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE .

Ive frequented this El Pollo Loco for years...90% food is great, service is good & quick. Today I waited in a lengthy drive thru line, placed my order, got back to work and it was not what I ordered! I ordered Chicken Avocado Bowl Grande - I got 2 legs & 2 thighs with salsa. Huge disappointment, blew my whole lunch plan and the time coming & going. Could not take time to drive back and return. Ive had a few mess up like this before and the last few months the window cashier has looked in the bag, verified the order, this was not done this time. Tried to call several times...no one picks up the phone.

They guy that took my order in the drive thru yesterday. 09/20/16 2:00pm Has very poor communication and no patience to assist costumers. He wanted me gone everytime i asked for sauce he mad dogged faced gave me a small one and said BYE l ike get out! I ask for more sauce and he was even angrier. I also asked for the chicken well done not raw. And with an attitude said ITS ALREADY COOKED!! Its your job why be angry at the costumers!! Keep the ladies in the drive thru if he cant do it. The ladies are always happy to assist me!

I shouldve read the reviews before I went in. Ordered three-piece combo and got two pieces. Returned and after a few minutes got the third piece. Went back to my table and realized they didnt give me tortillas. Had to return and get a couple tortillas. The Dr Pepper was watered down. I went back for sweet tea. Tasted like water. Worse was that I asked for extra crispy. I didnt get extra crispy and the chicken was dry.

I was waiting at the register for 5 minutes while the supervisor 11/15/16 time 7:50pm the supervisor was in her cell phone during work hours with another employee while I was waiting to see if they can take my order after the finish checking their cellphones they ask me if I need help I think was really rude Im no coming back to this restaurant even i come here very often and I live really closed by

Very rude. I ordered a Chipotle burrito and got a combo which should come with tortilla chips and when I got my order I took a bite from a chip and they were all stale and disgusting I politely asked the lady that took my order if they had any fresher chips because mine were stale and she looked down at the chips rolled her ayes looked away and said they would make more

I got a brc burrito i took one bite and there was a hair in it so i asked for my money back and the manager said i already ate half of it then said ok and then proceeds to talk to other worker in Spanish all i can undersatand is burrito and the all look at me and laugh. Never going back to this el pollo loco

Wonderful & friendly service. My family meal was reviewed as it was packaged. Everything was fresh and good. Personally, I never use a drive thru. I have had issues from many restaurants in the past. It only takes an extra minute, and in many cases faster than waiting in the drive thru line.

The food was really good and prepared exactly as I asked. There was plenty of seating. The place was clean except the restroom was slightly water damaged from recent storms. The staff was eating there which is a good sign. The Android pay was accepted.

Very nice establishment, good food, nice staff. Chicken wings are great! Must try! As far as mexican food goes, this restaurant has nothing of it which is great. Non mexican music, proper english speaking waiters and everything tastes and smells good.

Not the best service around. Drive through cashiers are never polite. While waiting for my order drive through person kept ignoring me, didnt say hi, not even a smile, Ave Keir taking to the cocks in Spanish. Great food, however horrible service

They Serve Carcinogenic "Cancer Causing" Burned Chicken. Every time I order a two piece meal the chicken is burned and charred black. A search on the internet from reputable sources and you can see for yourself that burned meat causes cancer.

This store is the most ridiculous pollo loco Ive ever dealt with. Not only did they mess up my order for the second time. The customer service is a damn joke as well. NEVER will i be returning to that place. Very disappointed.
