Horrendous, We came during non-business hours. Only 3 other customers were there. they sat us near the kitchen, we could hear the chefs banter (talking). Anyway, the waitress kept upselling, she tired to get us to order drinks, and food off the pricy menu. one of us order the "endless shrimp" obviously you cant share cause that would be cheating. the waitress constantly keep looking over the booth, and doing circles around us to make sure we werent sharing. she even had the audacity to try and look under the table to make sure we werent sharing! Im allergic to shrimp. Even if I wanted too, I would get sick. My friend said the shrimp sauce was water down. The waitress then would try and stall in between orders to impede my friend from ordering more of his "endless shrimp". The fish was on par with long john slivers but much pricey. Ive lived in Reno for 22 years, and this is one of smarmy experiences I haven gotten from a waiter/waitress. to the waitress at Red lobster: I always tip 18%-20% on decent service, and 22%-25% on great service. If you think trying to upsell to get commission (which you didnt) or trying to save "shrimp" for the company by stalling in between orders will get you extra cash. Your Wrong! Your probably made what? an extra 70 cents? had you been kind and polite I would tipped more. Basically to anyone reading this, its bad.

I went into Red Lobster on Kietzke lane in Reno NV today at 12pm Friday Aug 19. I did not get greeted by hostess. Hostess stood there and looked at me several times and never asked how many or could she help me or seat me. I was there for a few minutes there was no wait and she sat several people in front of me. Manager Mike walked right by me in restaurant with hostile demeanor. When I told Mile at hostess stand the hostess did not attempt to seat me and that I was leaving, Mike acted like he was following me outside. Needless to say how creepy that is and that he was trying to show off for the hostess, while losing you guys money. I left a 1 star review on Google for the location. What the hell is wrong with your staff they want to lose you money. Are people supposed to beg to be served at your restaurant? Are people also supposed to beg to give you guys money?

My gf and I went out for a nice Sunday dinner... we made the mistake of first going to the nuggets oyster bar...(hadnt gone since I was 10) we ordered a platter that was overpriced and everything on it was over cooked.. waited 45 minutes and my gf was becoming very upset. I called red lobster right away and asked if they could seat us right away. Drive over and was immediately sat. We had Ryan M. In the bar area... we told him our crappie experience and asked for snow crab asap.. we got a salad in 4 minutes and not even 5 minutes later her crab came out. Ryan had put a rush order for us.. Great experience, great guy with Ryan. Stay away from oyster bar at the nugget...

Ive only eaten at red lobster 3 times in the past 20 years because the thought of it always conjures thoughts of mediocrity . However last week i had one of the best dinners! We went all out with apps and soup and salad and lobster and desserts! And it was delicious! Every last bite. However they only get 3 stars because we waited for 45 min for biscuits!!! An hour into our wait and then suddenly all our food came at once. Not ideal. Bad service, unprofessional bartender talking to her co workers in front of us like we werent there. Ill try again though. Just wont sit at the bar.

Unfortunately, this was the first time I was ever disappointed in the food. I ordered my usual lunch which was $9.99 (expensive for lunch) and was excited to get it. The shrimp skewer was dry, the chicken was tiny and so dry I could hardly cut it. I absolutely love their rice pilaf, but the serving was tiny and they didnt give me any of the broccoli they said it came with. The biscuits were wonderful and my brother and his wife were pleased with their food. Just not sure Ill be quick to go back.

I am what you would call a regular. Always treat the staff great and I get the same in return. Any problems that do occur, I let the staff know and the manager comes out, apologizes and comps the plate, though most of the time all is great. Not sure why others have had such bad experiences, but Ive had just about everyone that works their wait on me and its always been exceptional. For the person that said the food is like LJS, all I can say is WTF, stay at LJS then. Your mileage may vary

Im not sure if its the waitress that can get our dining experience right, we order changes to the menu item we end up having to tell her when she delivers our dinner thats not what we ordered also if we order more of something were paying for it but were not getting it we quit dining here for this reason we came back after several months to see if things were better we ended up with the same waitress in the same issues. Ugh

I wish Reno had a decent seafood restaurant, if anyone knows of one, let me know. I went to red lobster once because i saw some commercial about endless shrimp, and i just was not impressed. the menu was really pricey and the food was dry, the portions were small, the shrimp and lobster tail themseves were small and dried out, and overall it felt like i was paying for the brand and not the quality of the food. Yuk.

Its Red Lobster, nothing more to say. No wow factors but, great Service, Caleenah was a great server, hope to see her soon. Thank you for a great time, although most other customers seamed grumpy, you kept your spirits high. Enjoyed your Service. Keep it up. Until next time. P.S. Next time give me 2 $5s instead of a $10. You would have received a better tip. You deserved it.

Every 10 years I go to a Red Lobster just to remember how bad and overpriced it is. I dont understand why anybody would go to a chain restaurant that serves breaded, unfresh crap seafood, when you can go to a local restaurant and get something better and unique for essentially the same price. In other words, its a typical chain restaurant.

Usually like red lobster but this place keeps disappointing, food is over priced for quality and amount. Lots of show with no substance. Drinks were about as good as dishwater after having to explain how to make them when ordered. Didnt think a wiskey sour was hard to make. The drink list drinks were just as bad. Typical franchise disaster.

This Restaurant houses the WORST food for one reason the employees DO NOT pay attention to the customers and they discuss when they make a mistake and bring the wrong food, Even after the child cried the employee does not change the plate and in the end the employee is still discussing and (Do not ever go here).

The food was okay. It seemed like the seafood could have been fresher. Also, we had the most forgetful waitress ever! She forgot to bring 2/3 of our drink order & totally forgot to even put in the appetizer order to the kitchen. She was nice and did come by plenty of times to check on us, though.
