Ive been to this location multiple times and have been pretty pleased. I went there today and ordered a turkey sandwich without mayo because I cannot eat it. Well, the waitress brought it to me with mayo so I very politely sent it back without a problem. I understand that orders might be misunderstood and thats no problem. The problem is when she brings it back with the mayo scraped off...leaving a little left behind. I mean come on..it was a simple turkey sandwich. She then proceeded to ignore me because she knew what she had done. I didnt even eat the sandwich and asked for a box to give to my coworker which she clearly saw and didnt ask about it. Very disappointing.

Waistress was nice, got a little distracted by her friends...could use more light, atmosphere feels a bit lonely. A lot of paintings of naked women...a little weird. Plenty of parking spots. Lobster was not bad, steak was nice. I would go back to try other things in the menu. It has a bar with the sports channel on. The entrance is in the back of the restaurant.

I felt as though I had taken a step back in time. This is an old school steak house that I imagine would have had men hanging out at smoking cigars. I thought the service was good and the food was good. I ate here with a large group (30 people or so) and they were fairly quick. They do have parking in the back and the employ someone to watch over your vehicles

Great food and nostalgic atmosphere! I have a friend who says "You can never go wrong with Richards" and she is absolutely right. The prime rib is to die for. The beefeater is awesome for lunch. Wonderful service! The bar side has those cool rounded booths, for a quieter feel, you can go to the dining room. It transports you back to the 60s. Go to Richards!

Wow as my husband drove up I was a bit set back! But as we entered the restaurant very nice... what was even better was the food! My prime rib melted in my mouth and I didnt even need the sauce. My husbands steak and lobster where made to perfection.. most definitely coming back and bring friends!

Went there on my birthday the service is great the waitress Charlie was her name really good they wish me a happy birthday and I got a free wine glass the prime rib was delicious the state my husband ordered was cook perfected Id go there it was clean restrooms were clean nice ambience

My husband and I have been going to Richards since 1989. It had a different interior then but the food is as good as ever. Richard was gone for a time but were glad hes back. If you want good service and good food in a quiet place, try Richards - youll be glad you did!!

Had the best lunch there!!! Meat was tender and juicy and cooked to perfection!! Our server was knowledgeable and very attentive. She made sure that everything was just the way we wanted it. We has such a positive experience, we will return for our anniversary!!!

Love Richards for steak! Great old school steakhouse. The bar reminds me of the Sixties and seventies and thats good! Had a Cucumbertini in and it ROCKED. Filet mignon with baked potato and Richards old school beans and garlic bread. I am so happy and full.

Excluding the scary parking lot, the inside is spotless, service is prompt and attentive and the food is cooked to perfection. Many restaurants are cheaper, but their meals reflect that. If you want the best steak ever, youve got to give it a try.

Richards is my go to hide out from Clovis. I go here and know I will not see anyone from Clovis. The food is awesome, the service brilliant and the smiles around beatifically from customers and staff. If your hesitating, dont. Come here

Other steak joints in town but if you want a treat and something truly local, go to Richards! Owner always around. Great service, great price. The oysters are outrageous. Give it a try. Awesome steaks.

I had not been to Richards in at least 15 years. I have twice this summer. The place is Great. The food is great with a reasonable price. Services was awesome. This is my new favorite lunch spot

Has a great ambience, food and service was great. I liked they had security in the parking lot. My wife an I will definitely go back. The filet is excellent along with the clam chowder.

Service not so great my salmon was good but the sides(green beans and chili beans) were out of a can. Also we ordered a desert and we could see the carton that was from costco :(

best in all of fresno ca i always go because they have security in the parking lot and its the only true fine dining near the courthouse where i work i highly recommend richards

Very nice restaurant. Prime rib is the special. WIters are very nice and check on you frequently. There is also a nice quiet bad inside.

Delicious, mouthwatering steak. Great price. They let you split the meat between two people and choose your own individual sides.
