How terrible was Trevi? Let me count the ways. 1. My gf has food allergies and they brought out her salad with parmesan cheese on it even though there was nothing on the menu about any cheese on the salad. 2. When they took it back it took a very long time to fix and I ended up eating my dinner alone while my gf sat and watched. 3. The first thing our waiter said to us when he discovered the cheese mistake was "you never told me about the cheese allergy" Cheese was not on the menu, so why would we have to tell him that. We read menus very carefully 4. While we waited for the salad, one of the stewards tried to take my gfs silverware. 5. When the food was finally brought back the chicken was tough and not fully cooked and all the ingredients of the salad were not in the salad. 6. No ice in the water 7. No spoon on the table to assist in eating the pasta. 8. The manager never came over to apologize or offer to comp the meal 9. As we were leaving my gf told the manager about everything that went wrong with the meal. Apparently the waiter never told him about the botched salad. Still no offer to make things right from the manager. 10. The waiter told us that HE had fixed the salad, so I guess he was trying to hide his mistake from the manager. 11. This place was a mess. Sadly, it was our last meal in Vegas after an amazing week with impeccable service all over town, except at Trevi.

Food is ok. Portions ok. Cold creme brûlée. Who wants cold creme brûlée? Never had it served cold. I suppose it can be served either way, but Ive never had it served cold. Ever. I actually gagged. Im a chef and would never serve it cold. Its my favorite dessert and they ruined it. Our waiter filled out drinks once then I had to actually hunt him down to order my dessert and then I asked why he wasnt coming around and he got irritated (place was not busy at all.) I think we were is only table. We asked for extra bread and he acted like we were moochy. Ive had bad service here before but out of desperation we gave it another chance and no shocker that it sucked. Will go hungry before giving them another chance. I called manager (Chris) he was a (really bad word not appropriate for here).Did nothing, said they dont refund. I was like well you didnt provide a good product and so I want my money back. He said no.

My friend and I ate at Trevi on our trip to Vegas a few weeks ago. We went later in the evening, probably around 9:00-9:30, so we got a seat without waiting. The waiter was a funny guy and prompt. Food came out quickly. I got a Caesars Salad to start, which was mediocre (just not enough dressing for my taste but pretty good other than that), and then the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which is my absolute favorite italian dish. I will say without a doubt that Trevis Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was THE best Ive ever had, and I order it at pretty much ever Italian restaurant I go to. My friend got the same and said his was excellent, as well. No dessert for either of us because the main course was pretty good sized. I will definitely be eating here again next time Im in Vegas and will probably try a different dish. Highly recommended.

My wife and I attended a dinner with a larger group hosted at Trevi. I was very pleased. The staff were amazing at helping us get set up and getting everyone checked in for dinner. The food was very good. I had the lasagna, which was excellent. Even the caesar salad was good, and I dont even like caesar salad. Dessert was a sorbet with lemon and berry flavor. The service was great. Our drinks never got below half-full and the other attention to details was great. The only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars: There were no restrooms in the upstairs area. We had to walk down the stairs, across the whole restaurant and then down a back hallway. This would have been perfect if there had been a restroom upstairs. If I find myself in Caesars Palace again, I will certainly consider Trevi for dinner.

I had a wonderful experience for it being my first time. I chose to dine by the fountains and I really enjoyed being apart of an inner/outside illusion type social atmosphere. My waiter David was excellent and the place seemed very well managed for the amount of high volume from customers during that hour. All my food came out to perfection and at correct serving temperatures. My entries were filling and I personally will claim that Travi offers one of the Best Italian Dine-In Experiences in Las Vegas..It is a must try before a show and the perfect place for a quick drink by the bar. To save time on waiting please reserve a reservation. :)

The food was excellent as was the service. Our only gripes were: Lack of menus at the table. You have to read the menu on the wall. Its annoying if you dont have a perfectly situated table. Not just us. Many groups had to get up and stand gawking from a better angle. Forgot something? Get up and walk over again. Pain in the ass. Huge family sized portions are great if you have a large group. If youre a couple, its not so good. My wife and I shared one entre and still wasted a lot of food It would have better to have individual sized portions so we could get more variety.

California Valley Italian. The brushetta was plated nicely with 4 topping choices. I didnt prefer any one over the other. They were ground up vegetables and seemed overpowering for the bread. Like topping on babyfood. The fettuccini came in a beautiful robins egg blue pottery plate. The chicken was shredded deli slices with peas and a few mushrooms. It was rustic and I felt like I was on a California valley farm verses Italian restaurant. Also Im pretty sure the waiters British accent was fake. Otherwise the service was good. Overpriced as you would now expect in a vegas casino.

What a wonderful experience. We stumbled upon this restaurant while gawking at the beautiful fountain that sits with it. There is an "outdoor patio" where you can sit next to the fountain and enjoy the faux sky of shops. The service by Rufus was great! He gave me ample time to decide without feeling bad as Im pregnant and insanely indecisive! He was also funny and quirky, really enjoyed him. My glass was never more than half empty. The food was outstanding!!! Just an all around great time. Will return every visit to Vegas!

Solo business traveller.. Had great previous experiences but this was menza-menz. Great bartender, great VINO, but the food was under par. The Salmon is farm raised :( chef confirmed for me. My veal dish was, well the the bartender saw I was struggling with it so he offered to take it back. I ordered a pasta dish. Unfortunately the sauce tasted the same as the veal. Hmmmm??? Thankfully the vino washed it away. Service and location great. Just need to fix the Sunday sauce.
