OK Im 13 and stuff and I dint pay for the check and Im great fun and stuff-but thats no excuse to prevent me from giving a 1 star review.. ive been here 3 times so far because I am stating at the hotel of this building and this is the closest place. First time was OK but their waffles were a little bit dry... Some syrup wouldnt do bad, but thats besides the point. Second time was also fine. (Keep in mind the first 2 times I was here I came for breakfast) but.. third time, Thanksgiving day was awful. We came in theres a huge line blocking way and nobody of the staff caring. Come to front desk, lady doesnt make eye contact, is staring at her tablet I think... Anyway she told us theres a waiting list for ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES... OK fair enough.. I wanted to order pizza but my parents werent so excited of that idea. Wait for half an hour. Still, the lady with absolutely no smile is just waiting there, again staring at the screen of what I think is an iPad. OK well whatever. Wait 5 more minutes, ask her how much longer. She says "um.... Blah blah blah... Maybe about 15 more minutes?" OK wow thanks for underestimating our time by more than 50℅ and still no snile. Seriously the girl is there 100℅ for the money and for her status not being unemployed uh OK. Finally she calls out names after over an HOUR of waiting and a very awesome waiter guy comes and surveys us. The guy is very experienced and he was awesome. However when he asked have we been waiting for a long time and I said well the lady said 15 minutes but we waited for iver an hour ge simply replied "well thats just the work of a new waiter managing hundreds of people in one day..." Or something like that. what would a very professional waiter do? Say we are very sorry blah blah blah. Whatever. Well we never get our menu and I ask "um is this printed piece of paper the menu for today?? And he very confidently says - yes... Wow a blurry piece of paper with a terrible print quality with like 4 things in it. Im no expert but I dont think it matches the 15$ meals. (Not a problem and the food was OK but seriously dont be lazy to spend some time formatting the document for printing) aaaaanyway. Also the guy offered me mashed potatoes in the side of something I ordered and he never mentioned it being extra.... It was obviously going to be extra but still) one of the TVs was half broken. Overall BAD and the lady who was at the desk around 7:30 pm should get fired seriously. If I lived around here and got THIS job I would work my ass off harder than ever. She should be so greatful.

Me and my husband went here for night out , also brought our daughter. The waiter was very attentive always showed up perfect timing never too spaced apart or too soon. Salads we made right after we ordered no half hour wait. As soon as we finished our salads our food was immediately followed nice, hot, and steamy. My husband ordered his steak rare and it was just that mooing and all he LOVED it. My chicken Alfredo was perfect not too mushy nor hard. The chicken was fabulous not dry in the slightest. The atmosphere was very calming, nice swaying music, and televisions on multiple options for those who wanted them. Busser seen us as soon as we walked in to seat us and serve our water and as soon as we walked away from the table there they were turning the table over for the next guests. As we were eating i noticed they were always on the ball of turning over tables and it took them less then 5 minutes to sanitize and re set up. Everything seemed calm and in its place, everything spaced apart perfectly so no table was interrupting another. Food and Beverage director was on the floor frequently to greet customers and make sure everything was running smoothly My server was Neil, Hes perfect! Definitely special request him! My busser, Gisell, cutest little thing ever and absolutely focused on you. Food and beverage director Tyrone, very friendly and attentive making sure no cloth was out of place, and no customer dissatisfied. And I think because the atmosphere was so calm My 2 year old was very calm and all the staff frequently greeted her and made her feel comfortable where she would normally be shy. Overall Perfect experience, Definitely a night out to remember for future reference

The service was great, the waitress was courteous. However, the food was mediocre. I had purchased the Sirloin Steak with Hot Plate, while my date had Shrimp Pasta Alfredo. The steak was cooked properly, however their was little to no "flavor". It tasted like a water down steak that had just thawed out. As for the Shrimp Alfredo, well this was a matter of preference, but it was saturated in Alfredo Sauce, making it more of a soup than a pasta dish. I still find it important to express how well we were treated and how comfortable the setting was to eat. It is, however, inside of a Hotel which can set the mood off, while guests walk around in robes to and from the bar. Then for me, being 26 years old, the demographic was a bit...elderly, making it a little uncomfortable as we got the stares of "you look out of place, sonny". Overall, great service, moderate food. Would I go again? Not likely. Thanks for the service; I appreciated the friendly gestures!

We were so excited to learn that Capri reopened, we called immediately to confirm that it was the same Capri we have enjoyed for over 13 years. When we learned it was, we made reservations to stay at Miracle Springs for the weekend so we could savor Capris delicious food again! We drove in from LA yesterday and couldnt wait to have our favorite rib eye with sautéed mushrooms and the chicken francaise. We were not disappointed! It was like coming home to get great food and seeing Max and Neil again! Tonight were having the rack of lamb and the best chicken cacciatore! We didnt experience having to wait, but if we did, it would have been worth the wait and the drive from LA!

Stayed at a resort in Palm Springs this weekend, and ordered our dinner to be delivered to the hotel. Honestly, I felt like I was robbed after seeing the food they delivered. I ordered a salad and added shrimp for a few extra dollars. This was a $19 salad. When my salad came, it was literally a handful of spinach, about a fourth of a boiled egg, 3 red onion slices and 3 frozen shrimp. No salad dressing. My husbands quesadilla didnt come with any of the avocado or salsa that was advertised. And then we also paid the $5 delivery charge. This place was a huge rip off. I will never ever order from this place again.

If I could give this a zero star I would. . Honestly food is terrible, bland, tasteless, and the service is horrible. When we got the food the fettuccine Alfredo sauce looked as if it was from a great value Walmart jar (to be honest great value would probably be better looking and tasting). The presentation was also disgusting and unappetizing. Honestly my sister and I didnt even eat 10% of the portion that was given. I would never go there again. The outside looks unappealing and so does the food. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT!!!! My family wasted $125 there for mediocre food with mediocre service. Disgraceful
