This new place has it ALL! The chef is from Venice, Italy, and use to be the executive chef for Dal Toro at the Palazzo. So if you want a chance to enjoy Las Vegas Strip quality as reasonable prices, then this is the place for you. For our meal we started with Calamari. The squid was tender covered with a lightly seasoned breading and cooked to perfection. The marinara sauce a ideal accent to the dish. My husband choose the Fettuccine and short ribs dish. It looked so inviting I just had to taste it. The rib melted in my mouth with a light sauce that really brought out the flavor. It was served with the best Fettuccine either one of us has ever had. I choose a mixture of Lobster and Shrimp with a Penne for Linguine substitution for my meal. The seafood was delicious and the pasta was impeccable! The sauce was a flawless match not only to the dish, but to the fresh bread that was served. Next time, I will try it with the Linguine since the Fettuccine was so good. For desert, there was tiramusu. Now I have had this desert in NY, AZ, CO, CA, TX, FL, and at numerous places here is Vegas. This is my favorite sytle as it is creamier and has flakes of chocolate on top. Also served was a dish neither one of us had ever heard of before. I believe it was called a Barbuzzo Budino. Unlike Creme Brule this dish is made with less sugar and all cream. Fresh strawberries top the dish and when mixed with the pudding, it is delictable! Cant wait for another visit, so we can try something else!!

My wife and I visited Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen last night and had one of our best meals in a while! Wed made reservations over the phone the night before and were shown to a comfortable booth on the south side of the dining room. On the recommendation of our waiter Joaquin we tried the pork belly special appetizer. Slow cooked pork falling apart topped with crispy pork fat and a sweet reduction along with corn and bok choy. Sweet, crunchy, and melt in your mouth! I ordered Salsiccia Rapini with potatoes. The sausage had a spicy flavor without being too hot and the potatoes were golden and nicely done. My wife ordered the Ravioli Aragosta with shrimp, which was creamy and sweet. We finished with Cannoli and a Strawberry Crepe. Both were lovely! I highly recommend Prosecco! From my telephone call with the hostess the night before to stopping to speak with Giuseppe and Domenico as we left for the evening the staff, decor, atmosphere, and most especially the food were among the best Ive ever encountered. Best Italian place in Vegas!

My boyfriend and I went for the first time last night and it was, hands-down a wonderful experience. I had the Dover Sole, filleted at the table side. He had the Clilean Sea bass. Both were outstanding. It wasnt just food. It was art and love from the chef in every bite. Wow is all I can say. I wanted to call the chef to the table to thank him, but we could see he was busy. It wasnt just the food either. The entire wait staff was outstanding. Everyone there took ownership for the table even if they werent "our waiter ". From filling my glass first to replacing missing or dropped silverware (we didnt even have to SAY anything), it was top notch. You could see each staff member looking at each table as they walked by. Its those little details that will keep me coming back. And dont get me STARTED on the tiramisu. I dont know if it is made from scratch there, but it is the best Ive had since I lived in Italy. Well done, chef. Well done. Grazie.

My first time dining at Prosecco was wonderful. We had the Burratina as an appetizer and it was delicious and plated beautifully! I had the Agnolotti alla Piemontese and it is seriously one of the best pasta dishes Ive had in a LONG TIME. The creamy truffle sauce is rich and flavorful and absolutely delicious. The owner came to the table & we mentioned the hilarious review about a delivery driver hitting on a customers wife. The owner was seriously distraught, he was very upset because they use Grub Hub for deliveries so this person had no affiliation with Prosecco and was NOT a staff member. He chatted with us a long time and we got some Limoncello on the house. Overall our meal was amazing, the staff and service were great, and the owner Nico went above and beyond to greet each table and give an amazing, authentic Italian experience.

The food was decent but didnt really satisfy the price, but that isnt the reason I was leaving this survey. Delivery guy "Nick" decided it was ok to hit on my wife with the baby in her arms and when she tried to de-escalate the situation he complied and left. I was in the process of putting on clothes to go confront this guy by the time I had gotten to the street he was gone. That being said I was going to call the manager of Prosecco but then this guy takes my wifes number of the receipt, YES HE STOLE THE NUMBER OFF THE RECIEPT!!!!, I decided to write this and post it every where I can on the internet. Thanks Prosecco for selling your third party delivery needs to perverts. Appreciate you taking care of your customers

We were able to get a table without a reservation on a a Friday night which was wonderful. Marco, our server, was very helpful with a wine suggestion that was delicious and paired perfectly with my Oso buco. Which by the way, was so tender it all but melted in your mouth and the rissoto was a creamy delight. My husband ordered the Lobster Supreme with Fettuccini, it looked as beautiful as it tasted. We left nothing but a bite of the veal with the shank bone to take home to our dog. And if he could write a review it would follow ours, hes still enjoying his treat. The dinner was a little pricey, but well worth every penny as a reward for a long week of work. We will put this on our "special" list. Love this place!!

If you were fortunate enough to attend their gala New Years Eve dinner, you know what a fabulous night it was. The food was remarkable. If you havent been here, please, put it on your bucket list for 2017. We went back again yesterday for lunch just to make sure our first wonderful visit was not by chance. Sat at the bar, enjoyed some football, cocktails, chatted with Giuseppe, one of the partners, and had another truly delicious meal. I love this place. If your looking for really well cooked, authentic Italian food, prepared by "Italians" , an excellent wine list, generous cocktails, and served perfectly buy a great team in a very modern atmosphere. Go and see for yourself.

I had the Caesar salad (perfectly dressed, ground pepper added at table was finely ground and a lively addition) and the calamari, which is how I judge Italian restaurants. The calamari was tender, lightly breaded, and served with lemon and vodka sauce, which was slightly spicy and the perfect amount for the serving. The surprise addition was a fried polenta triangle, which was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Our service was also friendly and professional. It was a great experience, and I will recommend this place to others.
