Friends in Summerlin constantly share stories of the best restaurants in Summerlin. We hike and they name all the restaurants they eat at. All those restaurant reviews included Siena - The name for the Italian restaurant continues to come up in conversation for their dishes. From the drivers of the Cadillac car clubs that meet at Village Center to City Hall spokespeople who walk the trails of Red Rock outside Charleston on the weekends, everyone including the Las Vegas fire fighters state, "Siena Italian Trattoria has the best pizza. Their pasta sauces have the most flavor. Siena makes their own pasta - Homemade pasta. Siena has a deli next to the restaurant." Christmas Eve after a long day starting in the early morning, we found ourselves near Rabbi Wynes synagogue to give him a Hanukkah present, and directly across the street was the famous Siena restaurant we have heard about for months. So we literally walked over, which is great about Summerlin, it is one of the few communities in Las Vegas where people can actually walk from the library to the restaurant, from the deli to the grocery store. The most unique restaurant with a terrific wine menu, Sienas deli has smoked meats, grilled meat cutlets breaded, pasta salads, gelato ice creams, fresh baked breads, Italian cookies. The restaurant served up seafood linguine homemade with a white cheese Alfredo sauce combined with steamed lobster, scallops, abalone, clams and grilled shrimp with shaved green onion that added such a nice touch to the white dish as well as taste. Honestly the texture of the linguine was perfect. The chef did a great job. The service was also extraordinary. Many people waited on us. Our table constantly had fresh olive sauces for dipping with new loaves of baked bread brought to our table. After hearing so much about the pastas from friends, we also ordered the hand stuffed rigatoni. Rigatoni rolls stuffed with shrimp and mushrooms into the pasta rolls. The light golden sauce reminded me to the tomato cream for Penne a la Vodka, but had brandy added which tasted different from other tomato sauces.

This review is for the deli and bar area, not the main dining restaurant. The Delis service is mediocre at best. However, the food is great. At the deli, Ive had the Siena sandwich, sausage and peppers sandwich, and the prosciutto sandwich; bruschetta, tiramisu, gelato, and latte. All the food has been really good. My favorite is the sausage and peppers sandwich. Marinara sauce + sausage + peppers + onions = ONE AMAZING SANDWICH!! Lattes are strong and very flavorful coffee. There are lots of Italian-type merchandise products for sale. Olives, pasta, olive oil, sauce, peppers, and etc. The dining area has very nice interior, but Ive never eaten there before. Ive had a drink at the bar area. On a Thursday night, the bar was almost completely full. Tuesday-Sundays have live bands from 8-close. Happy hr is from 3-7 everyday; reverse hh from 9-close; happy hour all day Sunday.

Best Italian food in Vegas! Not sure where to start; I went here for 3 years at least 3 times a week for hoagie rolls, which is some of the best bread ive ever had. Tiramisu is incredible and perfect every time. Dinner is also incredible and for a great price. The deli has really good lunch sandwiches and little cookies. I had my small wedding dinner of 20 people here in their event room a few months ago and everybody loved the food and the tiramisu wedding cake (Yes- I said tiramisu wedding cake, thats how good it is), and the man who waited on us did an awesome job. I even bought my frozen raviolis and canned tomato paste here. Im sad I dont live in Vegas anymore because of Siena!

The pizza had a very thin dry crust. The peperroni didnt taste like peperroni. I took two bites and sent it back. They had the audacity to charge me. When i complained about paying for that pizza it was removed from my bill. The caesar salad consisted of three lettice leafs and caesar dtessing poured over it. The croutons were on the side and not tossed. I complained about the caesar salad and they made me pay almost 7.00 which i paid. I wouldnt ever go back to that restaurant. I give it a very low rating.

OMG - started with happy hour and drink prices and pours were excellent but ordered a half off happy hour bruschetta and it cost us 6.50 but when we went into dinner it is on the menu for 8.50. Not very fair but tasted OK. Pizza was great but frankly the meat stuffed cannelloni appetizer was dry dry dry inside and not worth $9 as was the lasagna. We then had a white cake with some fruit filling that was the worst desert I have ever eaten. Frankly, not sure how these guys stay in business.

Worst service ever! Took my family here for mothers day. We waited over 20mins for our server to bring us water and to take our appetizer order. Then brought us the wrong appetizers. Also the food was horrible. I would recommend fazolis over this place. Never again will i even look at this restaurant as i drive down sarah!. New management is a must or this business is going down the drain. Horrible horrible. Im going to in n out to eat much better food and service

Went here for a party last night and I absolutely loved it. The food was spectacular, especially the ravioli which happens to be my favorite. The deli was what I have been searching for since moving to Vegas, an authentic italian deli. They had fresh cookies, fresh pastas, any canned, packaged items you could want. The decor is set with lovely relaxing environment, the kind where you want to sit for hours with friends and a great glass of wine.

By far the best Italian food Ive found in Las Vegas. The absolute best authentic Marinara Sauce Ive ever had even exceeding my grandmothers sauce and my grand parents were from Naples. The service was superb. Our waiters name was Ante and couldnt have been more pleasant and helpful. Better then anywhere else Ive ever been and that includes New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Philadelphia.famous Italian Restaurants. Definitely 5 star! !

Reservation was at 7, and I vowed to write a review after I finished my meal. It is now 8:15. For me that is a little too long for me to wait for food. That being said, that pizza that I inhaled, was absolutely fabulous. Knowledgeable staff, clean facility, and wonderful food. During my wait I went next door and checked out the fully stocked deli. It was a visual treat.

Very nice dinner, and very authentic Italian. Three out of four diners in our party loved their entrees, while fourth was a bit bland. Service was very good, and atmosphere is also nice, with live music playing in the bar. While we live aboug 45 minutes away, not sure I would come back that often, but if we lived closer, we would for sure be there often.

Trattoria is really really good:) and also the deli has nice and fresh product. But the fact is some of the employees from the deli are rude and dont care of the clients. The let them wait more than half hour before they finally ask them what they want and instead of that they talk and joke each other. Specially a guy dark hair and little glasses around 40.

Came here for Mothers day, and we had made reservations 2.5 hrs ahead of time. We arrived and still had to wait 10minutes for our table. The service was great! Our server was Croatian he was wonderful. The food was amazing! My husband had the pork belly and he absolutely loved it. Most definitely will comeback, just not on a special occasion.
