Having just finished my Italian stallion I did not want to wait to write my review. This sandwich deserves my full attention. I ordered an Italian stallion on Dutch crunch bread with everything. Everything includes their special sauce - garlic and olive oil - and its delicious. My fiancé ordered a Trifecta - BLT add turkey. Combod up for two sandwiches and a tip for around 20 bills. The Italian stallion: ham, salami, prosciutto, provolone and Italian dressing on Dutch crunch with everything. Everything - mayo, mustard, secret sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and peppers. The sandwich does not disappoint in shape, size, amount of meat or taste. The bread is AMAZING. It has a great crunch without being over the top thick. The meat was delicious and I felt like it was the right amount. The whole sandwich was just wide enough to make me stretch to take a bite but not wide enough that I couldnt take a bite. The Trifecta - triple decker of bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Ordered with a turkey addition and gluten free bread. My fiancé said it was by far the best gluten free sandwich ever made and the best part - no up charge for the gluten free bread. Usually costs two-three bucks more. Ouch.... The quality of the sandwich was amazing. I would order and eat it, even with the gluten free bread. And that says a lot. The service: I had a chance to talk with the owner. A tremendously nice guy with genuine service in mind. The staff making the sandwiches were friendly and personable. I give this place 5 wonderful stars. I will, absolutely, come back. Thanks for a great sandwich!

In Brief: Best hot sandwich place in town, hands down. Such a hole in the wall, best kept secret here in town. Full of flavor and originality. Seems like the owner is really invested in what he too considers the best sammich in town! You will not be disappointed in the vast menu because everything is amazing. The Bomb Sauce and Dutch Crunch bread will leave you speechless. In Detail: I first came here by recommendation from a good buddy who typically recommends good places in town. I knew I had to go and went the weekend he told me about it. I loved the chill, cool atmosphere with and modern, retro, Vegas sign-sub shop look to it. The menu was a bit intimidating but one of the workers said I wouldnt be disappointed in any. I asked which was a favorite and was immediately told anything in Dutch Crumch but definitely The Carter... I got it. Lets just say this place blows any other hot sandwich spot out of the water!!! I loved it! The owner was adamant that I make no changes to the sammich, especially the Bb Sauce, it was a must in his eyes. It is a must in mine as well. The ingredients seemed fresh and the making of the sandwich was quick. The pricing is reasonable and really one sandwich is good for two. The shop is fun as it has a chalk wall that people leave their mark on. The owner is passionate about his shop and makes it fun and intriguing to try his sandwiches. If youre picky, I am sorry! The way the sandwiches are, are amazing. Any compromise made to he sandwich is a crime!!! I will definitely be back (have already been back multiple times) and will spread the word that as of now, this is the best!!!

Absolutely nothing unique about this place. First off, they only do one sandwich size. One. Thats it. Want a kids sandwich? 8 inch sandwich. Want a big sandwich? 8 inch sandwich. The woman working when I was there was the most monotone, unemotional, lifeless person Ive ever met who would make you almost feel like when youd ask for something it was your fault. Asked for a bag for my leftover sandwich to take home, her response was verbatim "actually, if you bring it to me I can wrap it" . That wouldnt sound bad had she smiled. Or said it in some form of tone that made it sound like she actually wanted to do it. But she didnt. She had this grimace that made me wish I just didnt ask. Then theres the paying. They twist their ipad screen and say "here itll ask you for a tip of no tip"... Really? I dont like being put on the spot at a sandwich place about a tip. Especially a place I regretted walking into. They also have a tip jar. Thats fine. If I want to put something in your jar, cool. But the iPad thing is ridiculous. Needless to say, I wont be coming to this place anymore.

So Ive been here 3 times. The first time it was awesome. The second time I went on a Sunday and it was closed with a sign on the door "during the summer we are closed on Sunday" their website doesnt mention theyre close on Sunday during the summer at all. So I drove 20 minutes to find this sign on the door and another 20 home... not happy but the worst was today, I checked the website it says they closed at 7, I showed up at 6.35 aaaaand its closed with another sign "closed early" Not coming back here again ever. They close the store whenever they feel like it and even though their sandwiches are good, there are plenty of places in Vegas to get something similar. Not worth the hassle.

They make a very good turkey sandwich. I would have given it a five-star, but the turkey is actually processed turkey. If it was non processed turkey it would have been a much better experience. But the rest of the sandwich was fantastic. The bread the additional things they put in there are absolutely delicious. The staff seems to be nice enough. Tony that works here seems to remember my order every time I come. Very nice kid. There is a short kid that also works here that needs to enhance his friendliness and customer service. Besides that, I highly recommend this place.

I have to admit. Hands down the best sandwich joint in this neighborhood. Got the California sandwich to go for lunch after reading numerous reviews, and yes, every stars were given for a reason. The bread, the meat and the veggies. Everything was just so perfect in flavors. For a less crowded weekday my order came out slower than expected but worth the wait. Wish I could give five stars, but one less for the okay service.

I love this spot! The sandwiches are so delicious. The team there takes their time crafting the subs, so patience is a virtue and the sammies are worth the wait. The ingredients/bread always taste fresh. The staff is friendly. Theres a sandwich "happy hour" M-F where from 5pm to 7pm sandwiches are slightly discounted (happy hour doesnt apply to combos. Sandwich only orders.)

The Sandwich Spot is the coolest place for our family and the food is sooo good. This place was getting so much hype from our friends that we had to stop in and try it out. Even their smallest size sandwich is huge and all the veggies and ingredients are fresh and delicious. I recommend this place again and again! If you havent been yet make sure you go and check them out.
