This was my second visit to get sandwiches. They forgot to ask what I wanted on the sandwiches as well as didnt listen to the fact we requested two different kinds of sandwich when told they just took off the meat but kept the sauce on which was not the right sauce for that particular sandwich. It was very busy so I will go back again to try the sandwiches again, because the meats and bread were AMAZING.

Very disappointed with the new crew and their customer service. The manager "Nick" was very rude and very unprofessional. We were charged extra for a cheese substitution without our consent.I ve been coming here since they opened and i ve been referring ppl to this business, well after this sad and negative experience they just lost my business. Never again.

Tried a sandwich from here for the first time. It was very tasty. I enjoyed the Pesto mayo, but my bread was a little tough. It was still a very good sandwich. The young guy who helped me had a great attitude. I will be back again.

Best Italian deli in the Coachella Valley. They have many cold cuts imported from Italy along with American cold cuts. They have many prepared foods to select from and their bread is amazing.
