the service absolutely sucks, this place used to be very good and the service was excellent, but unfortunately that hired a waitress what a attitude problem, me my wife and my daughter was here today, and our server was absolutely rude, Im pretty sure we did nothing to provoke her as all we did was order food from the menu, she did not even bring us refills or ask if we needed condiments, she was so rude that I was intimidated to ask for anything, so we decided to not leave a tip (as tips are only for good service) so she confronted us about this and said to never come back again, I dont think a waitress has that authority to kick somebody out of a restaurant especially if its a rude waitress who doesnt deserve a job let alone a tip. I live in Las Vegas I understand the meaning of tipping and I am all for it even if the service is mediocre, however if youre a very rude waitress who doesnt even want to offer condiments or silverware then why should I tip you?

More like 3 1/2 stars but that wasnt an option. Weiss makes the best chicken noodle soup in Las Vegas and excellent matzoh balls and large sandwiches that make me wish I was back in NY. The staff is mostly friendly although I witnessed the chef being rude to the counter staff. The Challah looks good but goes quickly. They always seem to be out of the challah and the better deserts. The menu is not as varied as many delis I frequented in my days in the city. Many items are hit and miss and the sandwiches were not the greatest. The Potato Latke was a disaster and I will make sure never to order it again. The pastries look great but the ones I tried were just ok except the fruit danish which was above average. The restaurant itself is more of an afterthought with no ambiance at all and the times i have been it looked a little messy and the staff seemed hurried. Anyway, Overall it is good and has potential.

The Food was actually good but the managment has no class. Basically my friend ordered from the soup & sandwich section, asked the waitress if she could get a sanwich that was not listed, if it would cost more and she was told not a problem, no extra charge. Get the check and $1.75 extra for the sandwhich, so we reminded waitress of no charge per her, the waitress did not think there would be so she had managment come out. The lady that came out was very rude, showed us a menu and said that sanwhich is not on list so that there is a extra charge, explained to her that we asked the waitress before ording and she told us no extra charge (so there error) she then says "FINE THEN, I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU .95 cents FOR THE CHEESE" so she took the $1.75 off and so kindly added .95 cents that was not on the bill before. That is no way to treat a customer!!!!! Service is really slow too.

Wow! I am so glad our work folks told us about this eatery. We ate for breakfast today and we definitely have plans now for breakfast tomorrow, and well, Id venture over for lunch(es) as well! Service is incredible. Friendly folks, great, fast food service and the coffee cup was never empty and always hot. I like that! The meal was big enough that we shared it and felt more than satisfied. This also made the entire breakfast experience very affordable. Weiss is not far from the Strip, and if youve got a car, its DEFINITELY worth the trip.

What a disappointment!!! We have been coming here for years and the changes are terrible. Seating arrangement is the worst. Fast food restaurants have better seating arrangements. The bagels are half the size they used to be and menu says large eggs which is lucky if they are a small to medium. Manager is cutting corners in all the wrong ways. Unfortunately a very good restaurant is mediocre at best now. Have heard many others saying the same things. We will find a new restaurant as this is a terrible experience now.

Our group of 10 had two exceptional breakfast experiences there. The service was excellent, and the food was some of the best Ive had. Our group gets together several times a year to run in Ragnar relay races, and we expect good food, and service thats as good as the food, wherever we find ourselves. If either component isnt up to our standards, we dont go back. Weiss Deli was everything we hoped for, and more. Go - youve be happy you did.

Delicious food that is reasonably priced and decent service. The waiters continued to come by to offer us coffee and water as we sat and talked for well over half an hour after we had finished eating. There is also a bakery next door to the restaurant, which is a part of the establishment, if youre just looking for something to go instead of dining in. I will be back!

Weve been several times. The food is good but the service is awful. Yesterday we waited 10 minutes to be seated. The place was almost empty but all the waitresses were milling around in the back ignoring the customers. One customer walked to the back and asked for a coffee refill. The waitress told him to "keep his shirt on". We left and wont ever go back.

Yo. Heres the deal: Im from Jersey. Worked in a Deli there for the better part of 20 years. Been to Katzs, Second Ave, Harolds, Canters in LA, and so many in between, I cant begin to remember. But I remember THIS place. You want the real thing? This is it. You dont like this, you probably dont like the real thing. Just sayin.

Their Chicken Soup was excellent, and the Matzoh ball was light and fluffy. We understand they bake their own bagels every morning. . . . . They were very good, much better than the supermarket variety you get everywhere else. Their sandwiches contain a bonus amount of meat, and were all very good.

Its always or mostly always a welcomed source of morning breakfast in a town saturated with long lined buffets. The side of fruit instead of potatoes always tastes good too. Ive heard from other patrons it isnt Kosher but to tell the truth Im not really Jewish. So this place is good to me.

Another great thing about Vegas . Food is outstanding service is better than a 4 star restaurant. I ve been a long time customer and always see the same people working here so must be a good place to work too. I have never had a bad meal here . Neat place to try different foods.
