New in town. I get an hour for my lunch break at work. Went to the closest place that looked nice. Which was right around the corner. Maybe one minute from the office. Literally. We get there order two pints a sandwich from the lunch menu and macaroni fritters from the app menu. We expected to have our food within 30 mins and have plenty of time to eat and get back to the office. WRONG!!! We got our drinks right away then waited for nearly 35 mins before we asked to get our food to go because we were running out of time. We got a little attitude and were told that "Its usually not this busy" If thats what they consider busy they have a long road ahead. The place was empty. The server also make a comment that she had regulars that she was taking care as if to say our business there is not as important cause we are first timers. That just says to me that you dont want me to tip you when I leave because you cant handle your job. When we got back to the office with our food it was cold and gross. It tasted like it was done a hour before we even walked into the place. A local patron tried to make excuses for the place and tell us its usually not that bad and we shouldnt judge them on this one experience but I myself will be very hesitant before I return to this establishment. Poor experience. Surly bartender. Surly owner. Food was very overrated. Chicken sandwich was a meager portion at best. Not worth the price they charged for it. I sent it back and they sent me another meager portion. They make you put $20 in the machine to get drinks. Owner displayed contempt at allowing a service dog in the bar, which is federal law. Claimed he is deathly allergic to dogs and didnt want them in his place. Also claimed that emotional or therapy support dogs, which are legally allowed per the ADA, arent welcome in his establishment. And he volunteered that the law is being challenged somewhere, when there is no evidence of this. Will file a claim with the ADA about this. All in all ... typical experience in a gaming bar that serves food. The bartender, when I rejected the food order when it arrived, retaliated by snottily insinuating that I must be some kind of scam artist. She also delayed helping me so she could chum it up with a few regulars, telling me to wait while she finished a personal conversation. Vile place and will never visit again. They need to get their act together. Bad attitude. No way to treat a new customer ... or any customer ... except chain-smoking drinking gamblers.

I love the food & always a good atmosphere. I have been going here for years. I just really wish you guys would post a menu online! I would order more stuff and could show others the amazing food options that you had if there was a menu we could view online. Other than that, love the staff, food and atmosphere!!
