When I came to Las Vegas, I wanted to check this place out because it was featured on bar rescue a few years back. When we got there, we sat there for about 10 minutes before I asked the lady with tattoos down her left arm if we could get beers. She must have walked passed me a few times and just ignored me, not good business sense. I ordered the Man Candy and after 30 minutes I hadnt received it. I think the left arm tattoo lady forgot to order it. I finally asked Justin and he brought it out promptly. Now Justin on the other hand was very nice and a great bartender, he took over after tattoo lady was finished. Justin I think has good business sense and he cares about the business, example I watched him show tattoo girl how to make a drink. The bar itself is actually very big, and lots of seats at the bar too. Great place to watch a sporting game. I did ask Justin a couple of questions about bar rescue, and was very appreciative of his honesty. I will visit this place again if Im in Vegas, but if tattoo girl is working the bar I might not :)

Food was solid. They actually toss the pizzas which is one sign of it not being an amateur establishment. Went with friends on my first night back in town after 3 years. Atmosphere is on point however our server for the night refused to acknowledge my thanks. I dont always expect a "youre welcome" but I mean I said it four times and didnt even get so much as a "No problem" it seemed as if he was in a rush to continue holding up the bar. At 3am I understand it may have been a long shift but at least act like you care about giving someone a good experience. I normally wouldnt even have complained but I didnt call it out first. I just thought maybe I was over reacting but during the car ride it was brought up that the gent ignored me. Not really that bad though. Ill go back again.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for over 16 years back before it was the bacon bar it was called Kerrys. The pizza and wings were amazing. When Kerrys became the Bacon Bar they still had the same wings and pizza except they added more cheese. What was really amazing added to the menu was bacon garlic knots. My kids and I had a craving last night for pizza and wings so we drove the extra distance to the Bacon Bar to get our fix. We were so disappointed that they changed the pizza to a Sicilian style, the wings are now full of fat and they no longer serve the bacon garlic knots. Im writing this in hopes that management will see it and make changes back to the way it was. Im sorry to say that me and my family wont ever go back with the way it is now.

The food is WAY overpriced. Ive been here w my hubby on football Sundays (because I dont want to go to the strip), and the atmosphere is always pretty dead. Waitresses, although very nice (they always ask your name and are attentive), do not understand the importance of you and your game. Weve had our channel changed in the middle of a nail-bitting last 2 minute tie, and it took forever to get them to change it back. Another time they were only showing our game in the VIP section and gave us a hard time about changing another screen to our game (there were 2 others in our section NOT watching any of the screens). Food is okay, but not worth the price. Were not coming back unless the other sports pubs around here are worse.

the drinks are great, the food is ok... but the bartenders.... even though they are nice they take forever to check on you to see if you want a beer or want to pay so you can get out and go home... also... I was there with a friend that has an obvious hearing aid and the bartenders congregated near a couple people 2 seats away from us and were yelling so loud and laughing etc my friend and I had a hard time hearing each other, then they cranked up death metal over the audio system.... like cranked it like its a party... the bar wasnt even full... the experience was annoying for the $75 tab I shelled out... I would have much rather gone to herbs and rye instead and gotten quality food and a better ambiance.

As anyone knows there are always 10 negatives to a positive review. Im here to tell you that the Bacon Bar and the employees here are great and truly care about their guests. There was a post about the music being awful for that individual and their family member/s. I didnt have an issue with the music as its current, upbeat and whats on the top of the charts. I would highly recommend the Bacon Burger as it was a delicious and the presentation was done great too. There truly is a cook in the Kitchen that cares about what is being sent out and it shows! I also feel the pricing is extremely fair as well and its a establishment that I plan on visiting again in the future.

I waited for a friend to arrive and so I gambled a 20,then I received a free drink,I gambled some more received another drink, and friend arrived, than when I cashed out ,the bartender told me I didnt gamble long enough, and deducted the second drink out of my cash out money.Seemed real tacky, and like the bacon bar is hard up for money,I even tipped bartender both times, than spent another 60 on drinks and food.I will most likely take my out of Towner visitors to a different place for now on,probably the sante Fe,or another business that caters to the customers business with appreciation.

Not very impressed at all. Our server was great, but after visiting the web site and reading what a unique place to watch sports we drove the thirty minutes to check it out. They wouldnt put the sound on unless it was football or a championship game (was play off basketball) so we had to listen to crappy juke box or whatever was on. Food wasnt horrible, but wasnt anything special. My medium burger was medium rare. Not horrible, but i wouldnt make the drive again...Sorry guys, i gave it a shot.

I had the bacon stuffed mushrooms, BLT, fish n chips, the bacon martini and the donut holes looking dessert with bacon pieces sprinkled all over. I enjoyed all of It! Portions are generous so I packed up half the BLT, fish and dessert to go. Definitely returning to try other bacon dishes! Oh and out waitress was super awesome! I believe her name was Carol or was it Karen?? Sorry, I cant quite fully remember. But I do remember she graduated from Western HS.

One the few Jon Taffer rescues that have survived his help. However Im pretty sure its in spite of his help and not because of it. However I would travel several miles for the man candy but for the food, I usually order the stuff that was there before him. If you want to most bland burger youve ever tasted order the half bacon half beef half sawdust burger. But the staff is great the owners are great and I enjoy going here, so 4 stars.
