I usually wouldnt defend myself or The Bar on a review site, but feel I need to for this circumstance. I remember these two ladies vividly and disagree with everything she has stated. This is the common argument at every bar on what should be comped for slot play and what shouldn’t. There was a total of $20 each played between these two, with a maximum 1 quarter per bet. The lady who wrote the review had 7 surfer’s on acid (Jaeger, Peach , and Cran) and her friend had 7 Johnny Walker Black and cokes. Those 2 types of drinks are expensive cocktails. I comped 2 each for their play and gave a bill for 5 each with the nachos they ordered. They flagged me down and said the patented " we were playing, why did you charge us for drinks?" I stated that you played $20 each and were only betting one quarter, and I felt I was more than generous with the comps. They stated that they never get charged anywhere they go. I stated that’s not the way it works here and would be more than happy to comp them for their play if it was deserved. They became loud and I asked them to leave and stated, "Why do you believe you should get comped for no reason? One of them became teary eyed so I felt bad and mentioned that we all go through personally problems but never stated I was. I invite anyone to come in The Bar and judge our customer service for themselves. I am sorry for their bad experience, but it was self-induced. p.s. Im not the owner.

Went in to get a couple of drinks food and to relax. I have been looking for a local non strip watering hole, but I will continue looking. I ordered a burger without cheese and an order of edamame. The edamame was tasty, a bit salty, but good. When the burger arrived it had cheese on it, I do not eat cheese. I had to flag down the staff to get it corrected. They took the burger back and probably scraped the cheese off, because the burger came back within 5 minutes. I would have waited for a refire. The burger was lukewarn, I ate it because I was hungry. The staff checked on me 3 times in 75 minutes. I wanted more to drink, apparently they had more important things to do. I had to get up to get my check. I will not be coming back deplorable service, par food

This place has great food! BUT if you are a female, dont even attempt coming here. Its clientele is white men who think women are there for their own entertainment. The management seems to be completely ok with this while their bartenders and female patrons get harassed. So many other places to chose from... pick somewhere else. If you dont believe me, check out the demographic of all the five star reviews... wish I would have before stepping foot in here. They wont be getting a cent more from me.

I literally live right across the street from The Bar on Las Vegas Blvd but have been driving all the way to this location for the last month. Food and service are equally good at both locations but my friend, Kristina, just started working at Bermuda and St Rose and she and the other girls Ive met there are all super friendly, awesome and take great care of me. As another reviewer stated, Annette is a damn beautiful woman. I mean, they all are, but Annette? Whew! Just saying.

Food is great, but they must have been changing shift because there were three bartenders standing around and we waited 20 minutes for anyone to come ask us if we wanted anything. I went with a group and they did not pay attention to how much we had drank or if we should have been cut off before we left the establishment. Other than that, bartending staff was friendly when they interacted with us.

The corned beef was not sliced correctly, so it was very tough when biting into the reuben sandwich. The tots were excellent, and the beer selection was good. I will come again.

This place is awesome. Love the burgers, and they have Stone IPA on tap. Kyle the bartender is about as cool as they come, too. I will be frequenting this place!
