I have been there many time and enjoyed each visit until the last. My friend and I stopped in for lunch, not knowing the new timer promotion they had. The waitress explained that if our food didnt arrive in 15 minutes then our lunch would be free. We just laughed thinking no way because the place was empty. While ordering a simple lunch from their lunch menu and a side salad the waitress looked at me and said, "Wow, thats a lot of food!" I dismissed it with a smile. We friend and I were chatting away and cathing up when I noticed the timer was up to 14:30 seconds. We thought no way! Needless to say a different waitress brought our food at 16:01. She set the food down and walked away. I pushed the button on the timer that said, "Press when your food arrives." We ate carried on and the waitress brought us our tickets. By then the timer had reset/cleared itself. When we asked about the free lunch the manager then came over and was super rude asking us things such as: "My waitress said it was already cleared when she brought the food, so what is she lying? "The food left the kitchen after 11 minutes so where was it the rest of the time?" He was terribly insulting and insinuating we were lying about the whole situation. He then said well we will take care of you THIS time but next time dont touch the timer, thats for the waitress to handle. If she has handled it then I wouldnt have had to stop it myself. Plus why would the timer have been stopped before we got our food? None of what he was saying made any sense and I doubt I will ever return to that location. Dont run a promo unless you are going to stand by it! The least you could do is treat your customers with respect!

I did not hate the food, or the atmosphere. What I hated was the policy to charge for condiments. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings on wing Tuesday or whatever its called. We ordered our wings and the waitress asked us if we wanted blue cheese or ranch. We decided ranch(I know I know.) Food was good etc... and we left. After leaving we discovered we had been charged $1.00 for ranch and no the waitress never mentioned the extra charge and no we didnt get extra ranch we got 2 tiny little containers, 1 for my order, 1 for my wifes order. THEY CHARGED US FOR RANCH at a BUFFALO WING RESTAURANT!!!!! I grew up in Buffalo NY, I have eaten wings for the last 25+ years. I have NEVER been charged for blue cheese/ranch at restaurants, let alone a wings joint. Thats like going to a burger joint and being charged for ketchup. Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, etc... None of those comparably priced establishments charge for condiments. Anyhow, I digress. I called a manager(Jeff) and his statement to me was "we use good ranch and we have to recoup the cost of ranch on wing Tuesday and Thursday." OK so charging $1.00 for ranch which MAY BE worth $.05???? Not acceptable. On principle I will not step foot into a BWW restaurant until this ridiculous policy is changed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. There were 5 employees just chatting around the front door, never greated us at all nor payed any attention. My fiancé asked directions to the restroom but the hostess DENISE ignored him and continued giggling with a waitress. I said excuse me twice for their attention when they are standing a foot away from me. Not to mention the waitress rolled her eyes and walked away. I didnt understand why they were so rude. The hostess started gathering menus, still wouldnt even look at us so thats when my fiancé waved his hand in her clear peripheral vision and said, "hey maam I would just really like to know where the restroom is real quick" and thats when she remarked "what?!! Are you guys eating Togo or here or something while she just pointed to the direction of the bathroom".... I was appalled! I couldnt believe I was being treated that way. I asked for the Managers name Patrick and am looking forward to getting ahold of some one in charge.

It was my first time ever going to buffalo wild wings (ya i know) i was excited to eat there until we go sat, our waitress was clearly hungover and she kept laying down at the booth in front of us..not kidding lol, she was horrible at checking back at our table, she would ask a question like "you guys doing ok?..ok" and then walk off before we even got to answer back, i had to tell her to take away some of the plates we werent using anymore, had to ask for stuff because like i said she would walk off right after asking how were we doing. And besides the service the food wasnt that great either:( the wings were dry, the burger i ordered had no flavor lol, honestly the only thing i liked was my black cherry limade haha, cant say ill be going back there. It is a very nice restaurant from the inside but the food and service sucks :P

My family really loves eating here. But we will no longer. We went there on Fathers Day when it wasnt busy and the only thing our waitress did was take our order and deliver it. We tried to flag her down many times to get more food, refills on our drinks but she couldnt be bothered to stop. We had to flag another waitress down twice to get what we needed. Because of that we didnt leave a tip. No tip was deserved. Upon checking our bank statement we discovered the waitress had added on a tip. We called the restaurant Tuesday or Wednesday and we were told we would receive a call back that Friday. Well we never did. Beware if youre paying with debit or credit and you recieve crappy service and dont leave a tip that wasnt earned or deserved. You may get charged a tip anyways.

Save yourself the time and money, dont go here!!! Ive been to some bad places and some good places. Tonight, (1/2/17) we waited for a few minutes got looked at by the staff and finally got seated. It was not busy at all and they had about 6 people working. We get to our seat and sit there for a good 10 minutes! No one came over to take an order let alone say hi. Saying terrible service would not come close to what this was...you have lost my business and I hope anyone reading this will take my advice and go to native wings instead. Better service. Oh and the kicker of the whole experience, as we walked out, because no one bothered to help us, the girl at the front says "have a nice night". Thanks, I will, down the street with food and better service.

Not impressed. Although the service atmosphere seemed pleasant enough, my wife and I were very unimpressed with this place. The price, quantity, and quality of food was very poor, and very overpriced. I paid nearly $10 for a tiny little cardboard container of 12 wings. I thought 12 wings would do the job. No, they were the tiny little wings you might get at a cheap buffet or a wedding reception. No celery, and a tiny container of ranch dressing. Now for my wifes meal....she ordered chicken strips, which came with fries. Again, nearly $10. This meal was literally what you would order at a fast food counter. At twice the price. I left this place hungry and had to eat another meal later. We wont give them a second chance.
