Last night my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here, our first visit to the Cliffhouse. From the moment we walked it, we experienced perfection! The happy hour choices were plentiful and GOOD! Great, fast, friendly service. The manager, Ananda was AMAZING!! She gave us personal service, sat at us at the best table in the place and stopped by a few times to make sure everything was okay. Then, our server, Lori was SUPERB! She was knowledgeable, friendly and made some great suggestions for our meal. My halibut special was over-the-top scrumptious. My husbands steak was cooked to perfection. Then they brought out this beautiful dessert with candles for our celebration. We will DEFINITELY recommend the Cliffhouse to everyone we know and we WILL DEFINITELY be back. **A very uncomfortable evening** Its very unfortunate that such a beautiful place with such good food has such a mean hearted and arrogant person working for them. We have been to The Cliffhouse many times in the past and loved it. The service had been great but this last time we were totally taken back by our server ( Mark ). His arrogance was beyond acceptable and to see the way he interacted and spoke to his fellow employees, when he thought one else could see or hear him ( which we could and did ) was unbelievable and made for a VERY uncomfortable evening. We felt very sorry for the employee on the other side of his actions and comments.... My wife and I hope that management takes notice and makes the appropriate changed needed because NO ONE should treat another person that way. Sincerely Mr. Fryrear

We had dinner there on Saturday night. There were 6 of us, and 5 out of 6 were unhappy with their dinners. The portions were like appetizers! My husband and I have been there before and had good experiences, but on Saturday they did not live up to our expectations from our last experiences. We left there hungry, and unhappy that we paid so much for the fish and the short ribs that were minute in amount. The flavors were just ok, not great. I dont know if it was because they were so busy on a Saturday night, but we would not recommend The Cliffhouse to our other friends.

Seriously on the Top Ten List! Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Our server was attentive, helpful, welcoming and so was the rest of the staff. The manager stopped by to check on us, she wanted to make sure we were having a pleasant time. How could we not? Happy Hour 1/2 priced wine bottles and amazing food. The calamari was so perfectly cooked we had to take a picture of it. Everything we ordered, you could tell was prepared with attention to detail. So glad our friends suggested The Cliff House. We will be back very soon!!!

I knew I wanted one really nice meal while visiting Palm Springs. The Cliffhouse has a beautiful setting against the rocky mountain side. The service was polite and knowledgeable. The menu is well rounded with plenty of seafood and red meat options. My Thai influenced seabass entree was to die for. We also enjoyed the corn cakes with duck confit as an app. I would recommend The Cliffhouse if you are looking for a romantic or formal family dinner experience. It was fabulous!

The Cliff House is a very well managed restaurant. Last night myself, my wife and a group of friends celebrated Veterans Day at this fine establishment. Entrees for all of the Veterans in our party were free of charge. What a wonderful gesture. The restaurant was packed, but our reservation was honored on time, and service and food was excellent. Thank you Cliff House!! You are a tough act to follow.

It was very nice, and good food...it was our first time and it would have been nice if we were asked if we would have liked to sit outside...we would have said yes! Oh, and we did not know there were special dishes being served that night until we overheard them at the table next to us...I guess we should have asked what the specials were, haha.

Awful food. Calamari was cold and sauce was rancid, but they didn't offer to do anything. Literally, the sauce smelled so bad they had to remove it from my table. Furthermore, my burger, ordered medium, was raw and barely edible. Service mediocre at best and the bus boy refused to bring more bread! I don't recommend this place at all!

Very good service. Really cute waitress and bomb ass food. I had the guacamole burger and onion rings and a ice cream pie thingy for desert. Never had to ask for a refill on my drink. By the time I was done there was another one next to me:) loved ot overall food was outstanding!!

A little slice of Heaven in La Quinta, this restaurant gets super busy, especially towards the end of the early bird special window. The early bird is well worth it, 3 courses for around $20. Really well prepared food and excellent service. Its a must visit in La Quinta.

Eat here alot but mostly in the outdoor or bar area. During the summer Happy Hour is all day. So it is a reasonably cheap place to have a drink and some food. They also have an expensive restaurant here which is first class.

Sunday night and the restaurant was packed. Friendly staff and great service. I had the ribeye which was good. My wife ordered the Cliffhouse Seafood Stew and it was delicious. Amazing sunset views.

Great happy hour venue. Busy, good menu, outside seating is unique and very enjoyable. I dont much like the mandatory valet parking though.
