I wish I could give the Paradise Cafe a 0 star review, dont waste your time and money here.Me and my two friends ate at the Paradise Cafe on May 16 2016, and I have never in my life had such terrible service. We were first sat by the hostess who kept telling us how busy the waiter was and that we needed to be patience, I have absolutely no problem with her informing us of that, and I have no problem waiting for the waiter since he was busy, but she kept making a big deal about how he was the only waiter because everyone else had already "put in their 8 hours and was going home because they were tired. " again, I understand that people should not be forced to work over their scheduled out time but I really dont feel like it was something appropiate to keep bringing up to a customer, Im not sure if she was trying to make us feel guilty for comming to the resturant an hour before close but I felt it was very unprofessional. We waited for our server to come take our drink order and after about 10 mins one of the busers came and got our drink order and again told us how busy the waiter was. She brought our drinks and left, after another 5-10 mins of waiting the buser came back again to get our orders since our waiter was still to busy to even come greet us. The first time our waiter came to the table was to bring out our food, he never greeted us or really said anything to us at all, just set down our plates and walked away. There was a table of about 6 that was across from us and our waiter spend a lot of time just chatting with them, he sat there so long that one of the people at the table was able to eat her entire meal while he still sat there and talked to them. Both me and my friend ran out of drinks, he never came to refill them, finally we grabbed one of the pitchers of water that was on one of their stands so we could refill our own drinks. Also, typically BLTs come on toasted bread, when I recieved my sandwich it was not toasted, just served on plain white bread. Once we finished our meals we had to wait 15-20 mins for him to come back to our table, since he was again chatting with the party of 6, we asked for the check and he didnt even have it ready for us. After 5 mins he came back again with our check and seemed upset when we informed him that we were all paying separate, we would have told him prior but since he never came to our table when we sat down, we didnt have the chance. He gave us about 2 mins to fill out the reciepts before he came back and told us he needed them back so the cashier could close out. I was so disgusted with this service, expecially the fact that it took almost 20 mins to get our check, that we almost walked out. Not one of us left him a tip, he was obvisouly more concerned with making friends with the large party then to bother even being half way pleasant to us. Me and my 2 friends have never left a resturant without tipping, but we were all so disgusted with this service that we did. I would highly suggest having a chat with your wait staff because I already noticed theres a ton of bad reviews for the poor service at your resturants.

I have had their breakfast and lunch buffetts there. Their breakfast buffet has to be one of the best in Las Vegas, especially for the price of $7.50~ (inc tax). In breakfast they include cereals, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, fruit salad, etc. Their scrambled eggs were delicious - Im not much of an egg eating man, but these eggs were just superb, light and fluffy. Make sure you dont wait too long to eat the eggs, as when they are not warm they taste pretty bad!!! Included as well are, orange juice, cooked-to-order omelettes and waffles for $7.50!!!!!!!!! I know how much OJ costs, even commercially, and its not cheap! Whilst their afternoon buffet has a good selection of food, their selection doesnt compare to some of other buffets in town, but the food quality was excellent, plentiful and for the price of $8.65~ (inc tax) you really cannot complain. I loved their roast beef and pork - truly superb. Both breakfast and lunch have a good selection of deserts, and there is something for everyone, including pour-your-own-ice-cream. The softdrinks are free and flowing in both morning and afternoon (ask your server). I really dont know why people dont rate this buffet higher. Perhaps their breakfast price is a little high, but its a fair price for what you get included. Another way to look at the buffet is that if you went for a meal, at a similar kind of restaurant, you would be looking $10 for breakfast and $15 for lunch, with no free softdrinks, and no eat as much as you like!!! Even if you went to Dennys (one of the cheapest restaurants in LV), it would be more expensive, and you would still have to pay for your softdrinks on top. Highly recommend if you want a good value, to quantity and quality, buffet.

This place is a dive. DO NOT EAT HERE. We were seated at a table that was filthy. The chairs had crumbs all over them. We asked to have them wiped down and headed to the buffet. When we got back the chairs still had food all over them. We asked again to have them wiped down and they just gave us new chairs instead of taking the time to wipe them down. Food was awefull......Hot food was cold and salad looked like it had sat there for hours. Silverware had food caked on to it. SO GROSS. Asked to see a manager and it took over 30 minuted for him to come to our table. He then took our receipts and said he would take care of us. 15 minutes later the waiter came over and said manager refunded 2 out of our 5 tickets. Asked to see manage again and he was no where to be found. Steward then came out and said they would call security on us if we didnt leave. So very rude.

Very low quality meats, lots of desert options, but very few actual dinner options. We went on a Saturday night, which was steak night. The steak was get low quality, lots of connective tissue (we tried multiple cuts.) Meat on the buffet line is dry, everything tastes like it was bought pre packages, warmed up, and set out. They have a sign that said sushi, which was just rolls of rice and seaweed, no actual fish in the sushi. They advertise 8 rows or sections of foods, but realize each row only has about 4 items of that, and includes the salad items, deserts, condiments, etc. Most of the dishes are fillers, rice, potatoes, salads, and then some overcooked meats, and over-americanized Mexican food. For $35 (for 2 people) I would expect a lot better in vegas.

This buffet is TERRIBLE!! We went on prime rib night because it was recommended to us by someone who worked for a casino near by. Upon arrival it seemed very large inside so I thought there would be multiple options. There is very little variety and everything is bland. I tried just about everything they had to offer. It was all disgusting. We spoke to the manager and was just a few minutes shy of getting a refund, even though we had to waive down our waitress because she quit stopping by our table once drinks were served. With the low quality of food and equally poor service I say save yourself and spend your $17 elsewhere. If you decide to try the buffet anyway.... your funeral. It came out just as bad as it went in.
