Where do I start in talking about the most horrendous "restaurant experience" that my family and I endured last night? This restaurant has the WORST (feel free to replace this word with any curse word you desire!!!) customer service of any establishment that I’ve been to and I am extremely surprised that they are still open for business. This place makes spending the day waiting in line at DMV feel like such an awesome experience or makes getting a root canal seem like a pleasure. All they are focused on is taking the customers’ money without providing the service that their customers are paying for. When it came to placing our drink orders, the waitress didn’t even wait until we were all seated. She stood there glaring at each person until we told her what we wanted to drink. My parents are very kind and sweet people and they never make a scene anywhere we go, but it got to the point to where both of my parents had to tell the waitress to stop being rude and to stop addressing us with the tone that she was using. The waitress had the nerve to fire back at them complaining that we had a big party!!! She went back to the other waitresses, the cashier, and the sushi chefs and proceeded to talk trash about us in their language. Though we didn’t understand what they were saying, their facial expressions said it all. A few of us went up to the sushi belt to choose what sushi we wanted to eat. She approached us and told us she would come by our tables to take our sushi orders in a little bit. We kept an eye on her and she deliberately walked past our tables numerous times to help other tables that arrived after us and she just ignored us. She also decided to clean other tables before taking our order. Everyone in our party had enough time to have a plate or 2 of the hot food before finally having to ask a different waitress to take our sushi orders. Once again, we were faced with the same cold, rude, bitchy attitude as the first waitress. The “Salmon” sashimi that they serve tastes fishy, looks pale and even leaves an orange dye looking color on the plates. Is this really Salmon??? My family and I typically like to support local businesses, but in this case, I think it would be better for our local economy if restaurants like this cease to exist and make way for real restaurants who understand the meaning of customer service. I am astonished that they have remained open for this long. I would NEVER recommend anyone in going to this restaurant and would hope anyone who reads this steers clear of this place. Though their prices are a little cheaper than other sushi buffets, I would recommend spending a few extra dollars at other sushi buffet restaurants like Fuji’s, Mana, Roku, or Azukar to get real Salmon and much better quality sushi. You get what you pay for and in this case, you may get less than that and a stomach ache! This place sucks @$$ and the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because that is the worst rating that I am able to give them. I hope this review helps save someone from the high blood pressure and irritated feelings that you will experience from giving this restaurant a shot. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. The only good thing about this place is the price and the ice cream machine. When they first opened, the manager said they would have ice cream in 1 month. 1 month took over a year. I have to admit that I have been here several times, but I will not be returning. The staff is very rude. They ignore you and give dirty looks while gossiping with their coworkers. The waitresses that serve the sushi are also the same people who clean the tables, get drink refills and do not wash their hands in between. To order sushi, you have to wait for one of the waitresses. They rarely come around. They dont even let you complete your order before walking away. If you are lucky enough to put in another order, they give dirty looks as if the first order was enough. The tables in our area all agreed that the service was horribe. For all you can eat food, the price is very decent, but it sure lacks in quality. I recommend paying a few extra dollars and go to Fujis. The salmon is NOT salmon. It leaves pink on the plate. It has a very fishy taste. If it is salmon, they must not wash their knives and add color to hide the cheap quality of the fish. The tempura sauce is soy sauce. The butter for the crab with little meat had oil mixed in it. One of the rolls also tasted like cigarettes. We were embarrassed after bringing family from out of town to this place for what we planned to be a nice family dinner. Very rude staff. The place is large and can accommodate large groups. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. A few months ago, I swore the fried shrimp was not fully cooked and caused me to get sick. I tried giving them another chance, but it only helped me decide that this place is awful. I will not ever return back to this place again. Usually I tip well for great service. My last visit I only left a small tip and had very good reason to do so. That type of service does not deserve any tip at all.

I come in to the restaurant to eat with my two cousins & little brother. The manager is working the front desk & says 4 eating . I correct him & say just 3 he is allergic & isnt fond of sushi. the Manger says okay the hostess walks us to our Table & we order. she comes back to say my brother has to sit by the front desk since he isnt eating sushi. mind you we are 5 tables away from the front desk & my brother is 8 . who is suppose to watch him ?!!! so I then explain to her he is allergic & doesnt like sushi, she then starts to give me attitude & raise her voice. so I go back to the front desk to ask the Manger if it was fine & then he tells me its a policy if your not eating you have to sit by the front desk. so I ask if that was a problem earlier when we walked in why didnt you explain. then tells me I have to leave. bad experience for the first time.

First & LAST time there!!! Food was okay, Crab was over done. But the BREAKING straw was when my husband BROKE his tooth on some food & manager did NOT care, said OH peoples back tooth break all time, happens. He did Not offer to comp his meal the meal ticket or anything!!! BTW he had to have the WHOLE tooth REMOVED because Nerves were exposed & we can not afford to crown it! We will NEVER send anyone here to this place. Bad service plates were NEVER cleared from table & poor management!I do not write reviews but they deserve this one! Never going back & letting everyone know what happened!
